MORE THOUGHTS CONCERNING FT HOOD
Maybe one of these days people will realize that hating ones country, whether for religious reasons or otherwise, is more than adding another colour thread to societys rich tapestry but wicked, warped, and very, very dangerous.

Remember Obama's Cairo apologia? He'd probably you just as soon forget what he said back in early June.
"The attacks of September 11th, 2001 and the continued efforts of these extremists to engage in violence against civilians has led some in my country to view Islam as inevitably hostile not only to America and Western countries, but also to human rights. This has bred more fear and mistrust."
Seems the problem was that the "fear and mistrust" wasn't bred in the right places; such as would have prevented this preventable act of terror.
Huffington Post's Annelle Sheline said the speech was "a hit". One supposes that Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan wasn't one of those who characterized our president's speech as such.

Say, how many Muslims have been killed or injured in the massive “backlash” so far?
*Chirp, chirp*
Yes. Next question.
Are French-fried wombats capable of wearing blue socks?
Do turnips emulate left-handed golfers?
Are elementary particles faking it and hiding their intelligence?
Does weeding your garden constitute discrimination?

What the hell is it with this new “style” of titling a stupid article with an improbably framed question? Is this “New Journalism” version 17? Just another form of misdirection, if you ask me.
Listen to him spin and dodge question after question here:

Meanwhile, 19 Americans died last year from Vibrio vulnificus bacteria which lives in uncooked oysters. The FDA plans to issue rules which will ban the sale of raw Gulf of Mexico oysters (http://www.wtvynews4.com/home/headlines/69409702.html) from May to October. Tens of thousands in the seafood industry will lose their jobs in an already awful recession.
Thank goodness for our benevolent and caring federal government.
The title refers to the time NY Times reporter Walter Duranty, who when referring to the hundreds of thousands killed in the Soviet Union during the 1930s, replied, “You can’t make an omelet without breaking a few eggs”.
I expect that’s the same attitude exhibited by all those who looked the other way—for the sake of “diversity—when red flags were raised about Maj. Hasan.

Of course, if you had read the piece, you would have known that. Thanks for commenting.
