Here is video of NBC's Chuck Todd reporting on the elections to be held today, and saying it is "a big test for President Obama as head of the Democratic Party."
But Todd's report tries to paint the New York 23 race as evidence of "Republican division" and "infighting," and he says Democrats are "giddy" about what is happening!
That's called spin! Democrats are not giddy about the prospects of losing in New York or anywhere else. But look for this to be the "saving face" line that will be used by the Mainstream Media tonight as results come in. . . . (VIDEO)

The state run media is spinning for the Democrats. What a surprise.
The day's talking points.....until the results are in, that is.
Chuckie Todd is PATHETIC!! What a LIAR!!
Attempting to manufacture an excitement that isn’t there or setting up for major ballot challenges???
I think he has “giddy” confused with nauseous.
Today’s talking points are that the Dems are “happy” and “giddy” that Hoffman may win in NY-23. That is absurd. They sent Owens millions of dollars and even had personal appearance by Biden....and Obama fundraised for him. They wanted to win this seat, and Hoffman winning is in no way, shape or form “good” for Democrats. It will strengthen conservative opposition and strengthen the Republican Party (Hoffman will caucus with the GOP).
Well I’m giddy that the RNC is in disarray, too, and could care less how Dems spin it — they’re clueless. We have to tear out the cancer, violently if necessary, before we can heal our party. They’re associating this upheavel with a negative. They’re so dumb. Republicans win with conservatives like Reagan, not RINOs like McCain. Giddy, giddy, giddy. Taking back our party, taking back our country.
Chuck Todd is an ass.
“It will strengthen conservative opposition and strengthen the Republican Party (Hoffman will caucus with the GOP).”
the Dems and the media, on the other hand, just want to cauc us...
For the SRM, tonight’s results, whatever they are, will be an evidence-rich environment for penetrating analysis of the disarray in the Republican party. (After all, there is division between RINOs and Conservatives, no? Not hard to magnify that.) If a Democrat loses, the story will be that it’s not really about the results in that race, but the real subject is the back story.

Last night, some fool said that this was all part of the Obama plan - give the Republican in NY 23 a job in the administration, so that the seat would open up, encourage a RINO to run so that a Conservative could challenge her, then beat her, putting the seat in conservative hands destroying the Republican party. Brilliant Obama politics so said this talking troll
I guess they think this will make it easier to marginalize the Republican Party. The Libs will never know what hit them.
If the Dims are giddy about it, it’s because they have it rigged.
If their giddy today, they’ll be Tickled next year.
Pray for America’s Freedom
Chuck Todd is an ass on a stick. He’s propped around and given voice-over by the DNC. George Stephanopoulous is also an ass on a stick.
We’ll see how giddy they are tonight after the election returns are in...
ACORN was dispatched there to perpetrate vote fraud.
That could prove to be two very serious problems for Team Obama. When he took such an active role in the election he made it an indirect referendum on him and his policies. I don't think he is as astute a politician as people have said he is. He thinks he is, but he's never really had to hear the word “no” or prove his mettle in the field of reality.
I liken him to kids who have made it all the way through high school because their school district felt it very important to build up their self image with unearned passing grades, promotion to the next grade and trophies for simply playing the game. They are blindsided when they hit the real world, either to try to get into college or to get a job.
IMHO, Obama taking such a personal role in the election(s) is a mistake that will come back to haunt him.
