I’m going to guess he’ll use the same teeter-totter method as shown in the video: raise one side a bit, slide another board under it; raise the other side, slide a board under that side; back to the first side, and so on. It’s really very ingenious.
I think your guess is probably right and I’ll add one of my own. I’m guessing there was no OSHA in ancient Britain. This is all fascinating, but it sure looks dangerous. Let’s hope we don’t see a news item about a few tons of concrete landing on top of this guy some day.
