Most criminals cannot be rehabilitated.

Three strikes laws were supposed to put repeat offenders away for life, but liberals have managed to dilute the original law’s intent....as usual.

I favor cold cells, porridge three times a day, a window for entertainment. No TV. No Health care. No exercise room.

I favor prison sentences for 5 years or less. I favor death penalty for any crime in which a 5 year sentence would be considered inadequate.

I favor death penalty for anyone convicted of a crime after already serving two prison sentences. If they haven't learned the lesson, they cannot be taught.

Formula for successful aggressively managed probation:

ABSOLUTELY NO DRUGS
NO ASSOCIATION WITH ANYONE WITH CRIMINAL RECORD
JOB TRAINING AND FULL TIME WORK

Note: does not apply to NAMBLA supporting pedophiles, sociopaths, career criminals and other members of the Obama/democrat administration.

I wonder what the recidivism rate is among prisoners who serve the full mandatory sentence. Cities, like Philadelphia, never follow the mandatory sentencing guidelines for minority offenders. It’s called restorative justice.

Execution drops the redicivism rate to 0%.

For I have never seen anyone who received the death penalty ever be arrested for additional crimes.
