Imagined ethnicity and Obama
The American Thinker ^ | October 19, 2009 | Andrew Walden

When Barack Obama left Hawaii to go to college at Occidental College, he quickly abandoned Hawaii's broadly favorable cultural attitude toward 'mixed' marriages in order to embrace "authentic black experience" and "provide the distance I wanted from Joyce, or my past." (Dreams p101)

Who "Joyce" is and why she is relevant will soon become apparent. But first let's meet the newly minted beauty queen, Nikole Churchill who, like Obama, grew up in Hawaii and upon leaving for college for the first time encounters racial attitudes on the Mainland. She was so surprised that she wrote to Obama:

Hmm....sounds like Joyce’s parents did a fantastic job raising her. Obama is a phony POS

I just read this October 19, 2009 article in the American Thinker in its entirety.

This college student who wrote to the POTUS should have read the same excerpts from OBAMA'S book 'Dreams of My Father' which are repeated in the American Thinker Article in question. Only then would she realize she would get the response(or lack there of) resulting from her letter.

This student is now in a bind. She can't transfer to another university for fear of being called a racist and worse. However, she really can't stay unless she wants to be subjected to ridicule and worse for her entire undergraduate experience.

Her only recourse is to apologize to the University in General and the Black Student body in particular. Then she would not only be welcome on campus, but the VIEW as well. Why WOOPIE(the POOPIEMOUTH)Goldberg would have a special show in her honor with a plethora of Black Victim HOOD celebrities on hand to present her with an OSCAR as well as a NOBEL Peace Prize.

But in the end, she would be no better off than the black exotic dancer from Durham , North Carolina who falsely accused several white male students from the Duke University Lacrosse Team of rape and assault.

I suspect the Hampton University is much the same as Howard University in that it had both an important and relevant mission at one time but presently allows Black American Racism and Victim HOOD Theology to dominate life on the campus.

I will always remember Howard University for the way the majority Black Student body responded to the O.J. Simpson verdict almost 14 years ago. Based on this article, one can only assume the same response was evident on the campus of Hampton University as well.

I’m not sure if she’s the same person but didn’t Jack Cashill establish pretty well that one of the females in the phony “Dreams” book was actually based on the Weather Underground female who was killed while assembling a bomb? I think it was “Joyce” but I’m not sure.

Anybody remember?

I don’t believe I could stomach reading his book, any excerpts I’ve read makes me cringe. I truly feel something is gonna give and it won’t be pretty. The way he was and is propped up by the MSM is an insult to every one of us. Things are starting to take hold, like they should have before the election, now the ramifications are going to be much worse.

“Things are starting to take hold”

Very true, and dissecting his phony, ghostwritten books is part of the process.

I agree that reading any leftist literature is excruciating, as is watching liberal TV. The thing about “Dreams” is that it was Zer0’s initial claim to fame and its structure, real authorship, and very reason for existance(who publishes an autobiography when they’re just starting out?) needs to be examined and exposed.
