I have always made mine with plain old avocados and added a little bit of salsa (good quality) for a little zing.

Avocado, mayo (just enough to lubricate), sea salt, lemon juice. No onion.

If you are diabetic, or have unusually high blood sugar levels, one avocado will lower your levels to normal.

Here’s another trick: Put the Avacado Pit in the center of the Guacamole to keep the Guacamole from turning brown. Works like a charm.

Ripe avocado, a sprinkle of salt, cumin, garlic powder, crushed red pepper, Oregano de la Sierra, a squirt of lemon juice, a dash or two of habanero sauce. Crush and whip with a fork until creamy. Serve w/tortilla chips.

Lime juice makes it better than lemon. Add chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, salt and pepper and YUM! Add plenty of lime juice and if you don’t finish it off the day you make it, it will still be good the next day.
