Did Judge Land Sanction Taitz to Cover Up Obama’s Criminal Activity in Georgia?
Dr. Orly Taitz Esquire ^ | Sunday, October 18, 2009 | Susan Daniels

Posted on 10/18/2009 11:17:09 AM PDT by Brown Deer

Did Judge Clay D. Land sanction me $20,000 in order to silence me and cover up Obama’s criminal activity in GA.

Please, notice that Obama used 2 social security numbers of other individuals in Land’s hometown of Columbus GA. Any judge with integrity and any respect for the law and the Constitution not only would not sanction me and would grant me further discovery, but would sua sponte forward a copy of the pleadings to the local DA, to Atty Gen of GA , local US atty, police and FBI for criminal inveastigation .

Additionally now there is a mountain of evidence of illegal activity in relation to Michelle Obama. National databases show her going by different last names in association with the same social security number xxx-xx-2302, born 09.03.66. We have her under the names of Michelle Meyers and Michelle Paton in national databases in Alfaretta, GA, Atlanta GA and Suwanee GA as well as numerous other locations around the Nation, such as Owatonna MN and Port Jefferson NY.

Interesting observation:

There is a sale of a house in Alfaretta, GA parcel 22-4952-1050-115 at 225 Relais trce, Alfaretta GA. The sellers are Michelle and Fred Meyers. Social security number used, is one used by Michelle all her life xxx-xx-2302 (I am not allowed to publish the full birth certificates number, I have to redact it. The full number can be published only for the deceased). Who is Fred Meyers, listed on the deed with Michelle? Did Obama go by that name? Is this a real sale of a real house or was it a banking money laundering transaction used with a bogus name and address? Why is our worthless department of Justice (Injustice) and FBI (as in FalseBirthcertificates and Ids) doesn’t do a thing to investigate this criminal activity and bring Obamas to justice.

I don’t know if you have these complete SSNs for Obama:

xxx-xx–6554 1000 NW 33 Ave., Forth Worth, TX

485-40-5154 (Deceased) 83775 Bates Rd., Jackson, NJ

xxx-xx–2965 and xxx-xx-2961 505 Farr C, Columbus, GA

799-89-7090 111 Pennsylvania Ave., Washington, UT

xxx-xx-8765 1236 Po Box, Provo, UT

xx-xx-2302 5450 S East View Park 1, Chicago, IL

None of these are from Hawaii. Those all start with 575 or 576.

He also directed the DOJ to ascertain whether the fine can be paid to the National Infantry Foundation at Fort Benning.

Well, at least something good can come from this, $20K to our injured soldiers (if Orly pays).

"I guess you haven't practiced in Chicago or talked to attorneys that practice there."

We're not talking about a Muni or Superior Court judge or even a family court judge or referee (which for my money are the ABSOLUTE most corrupt). We're talking about a jurist on the Federal bench.

There are plenty of criticisms to be leveled at the Federal judiciary, plenty. But, to infer, intimate or explicitly state that Federal Court judges don't read motions, briefs or pleadings "99% of the time" and that it all comes down to oral arguments, is laughable.

SS#;s are pretty much protected by law nowadays. How do you suggest to get corresponding documents? Who is going to give you a W-2? Who will run a full credit report without a legitimate application? Why is Michelle's bar discipline sealed? Look at the house deal Obama did that we know about with the lot next to it. Laundered IMO. If you did it or I did it we would be behind bars or paying huge fines.
Why doesn't someone ask Obama how he got his SS# from Connecticut? Ask him to explain the various numbers? Ask him to show his school records, his long form BC? Medical Records. FOIA requests are being stalled-11 months to get Stanley Ann Dunhams State Department Records and nothing yet? Why?

HE IS HIDING EVERYTHING.

If it walks like a duck, looks like a duck and quacks like a duck it is probably a duck. How many lies has Obama told? He has ZERO credibility.

Here is what I found last week on another Obama search.

There is no 1603 Rucker. It goes from 1600 Rucker to http://tw0.us/3ts to 1610 Rucker http://tinyurl.com/yg5b9p5 and nada in between.

Michelle lost her Lawyer ticket due to being involved in INSURANCE FRAUD

You have some sort of creditably link to that, right?

Well my dear it is a fact. Judges have far too many cases to read through all the stuff filed.

You show your own ignorance and naivete through your response. The biggest complaint that attorneys have about judges is the fear that judges do not read their pleadings and make decisions uniformed decisions.

You can’t seem to get it right, and fail at every turn.

Well then we agree. All this afterbirther whining about Orly’s spelling and grammer is a tad overwrought.

That house # and for that matter that block, do not exist. Its an open land.

Also, going over the SSN list, i noticed a few variations on the spelling on Obies name(s). What i dont get, with TerriK and Leo, is they keep using Barack Obama and do not use any variations of it, Dunham, Davis, et. al. on the FOIA requests. I am wondering if that is why the DOH in Hawaii is not responding with answers? just thinking out loud? My thought was, if Obie Sr. and Stanley Ann were at odds with eachother, why would she use Obama on the Birth Certificate?

DUH
In other news Obama says there will be no new taxes and health care will pay for itself. What do you expect a judge to say, darn I’ve been found out? SHEESH.

I sincerely doubt that you did what you said in less than 48 hours.

Judges are far too busy to comment on a blog post in less than 48 hours. Nice try, but you should learn to tell the truth.

Judges have crushing case loads and they simply do not have the time to read everything filed and they ignore most of what is filed. Attorneys have a favorite ply and that is to file excessive amounts of documents just to drown the judge.

Most judges will look to do as little work as possible, and only concentrate on high profile cases.

If you want to sell the idea that in less than 48 hours you forwarded my comment to someone at the 5th circuit who then forwarded them to the judges for comment we know your nose is two feet long.

Notwithstanding the fact that I posted this yesterday which means everyone at the courts was working on the weekend. that is an even bigger joke. No one works at the courts on weekends. Or are you going to convince us that your 5th circuit contact called the judges individually at their homes or on their cell to get their comments on a blog post?

If this is true these judges really have nothing to do.

Nice try but your failures keep piling up.

What a joke you are.

Comparing Chicago judges with federal ones is like comparing peewee football players with their NFL counterparts.

Orly doesn’t understand why Judge Land fined her $20K. Hmm, imagine that - Orly doesn’t understand.

The Unified Theory of Holes1, which my father used to warn me about, seems to be quite completely lost on Ms. Taitz.

1 Succinctly expressed as: When you're in one, quit digging.

What about Judge Land? Does his statement sound evenhanded and temperate? I don't think so.

It was a sanction not a love letter

I know of one specific judge sitting on the 7th Circuit who works weekends, and I know because I paid a social visit on his court reporter on a Saturday and got to meet him.

And no, I won't tell you his name because if he found out I did, it would be horribly embarrassing.

Terrific. Then you should have NO PROBLEM finding a published article in one of the DOZENS of law school reviews or ABA journals that speaks to such "fear" in the federal legal community. I look forward to reading what you post. Sweetie.

The only time I see such complaints, they come from pro se plaintiffs and incompetent attorneys. Gee, I wonder why?

Well, it was a 43-page "love" letter. He really took a 2x4 to dear Orly's head (I doubt she felt a thing, and simply wondered what the noise was).

"It was a sanction not a love letter "

LOL - Seriously, what was she thinking? She accused the bench of treason and alleged that he was part of a grand criminal conspiracy, amongst other crimes. How did she think that would end?

In the legal system I'm most familiar with, such an accusation would have been met with an immediate Article 32 hearing, followed quickly by a court-martial. The attorney's law license would have been the least of their worries.
