Did Judge Clay D. Land sanction me $20,000 in order to silence me and cover up Obama’s criminal activity in GA.
Please, notice that Obama used 2 social security numbers of other individuals in Land’s hometown of Columbus GA. Any judge with integrity and any respect for the law and the Constitution not only would not sanction me and would grant me further discovery, but would sua sponte forward a copy of the pleadings to the local DA, to Atty Gen of GA , local US atty, police and FBI for criminal inveastigation .
Additionally now there is a mountain of evidence of illegal activity in relation to Michelle Obama. National databases show her going by different last names in association with the same social security number xxx-xx-2302, born 09.03.66. We have her under the names of Michelle Meyers and Michelle Paton in national databases in Alfaretta, GA, Atlanta GA and Suwanee GA as well as numerous other locations around the Nation, such as Owatonna MN and Port Jefferson NY.
Interesting observation:
There is a sale of a house in Alfaretta, GA parcel 22-4952-1050-115 at 225 Relais trce, Alfaretta GA. The sellers are Michelle and Fred Meyers. Social security number used, is one used by Michelle all her life xxx-xx-2302 (I am not allowed to publish the full birth certificates number, I have to redact it. The full number can be published only for the deceased). Who is Fred Meyers, listed on the deed with Michelle? Did Obama go by that name? Is this a real sale of a real house or was it a banking money laundering transaction used with a bogus name and address? Why is our worthless department of Justice (Injustice) and FBI (as in FalseBirthcertificates and Ids) doesn’t do a thing to investigate this criminal activity and bring Obamas to justice.

I don’t want to besmearch your mom.
But from experience, I can tell you that there are terrible spelling and grammar errors in court documents and it is as widespread in the courts as it is in the rest of American society. The courts are not generally English teachers and they read for content not spelling and grammar.
There are some idiots, who are drunk with power and enjoy harming court participants due to a variety on non-essential b.s., because they have the power to do that and they are nasty elitists. Foreign lawyers, where English is their second language, can be harmed by these worms. But they are far and few between.
Ask any judge whether pleading should have accurate spelling and grammar they will say “yes.” That does not mean they get that from lawyers. And what judge is going to admit he leaves it up to his clerks to summarize pleadings for him/her? Zero! But that is the usual operating proceedure. Clerks have a huge amount of power in weeding through the work load of a judge.
It’s a very small street all in the 3000’s, right?
I looked up another address in Alpharetta last week. Was not wealthy area. Had a muslim center somewhat nearby. The address used was nowhere to be found. Two lots close together and it would be sandwiched in the middle or a lot within a lot. Very rural. There was a vets park nearby if I remember correctly.
You’re not besmearching my mom by pointing out that attorneys usually have poor grammar, spelling, and punctuation. (So do doctors!) That’s just a fact of life.
What the judges (and my mom) were laughing about was his comment that the pleadings are irrelevant and usually not read. That’s simply untrue. Those clerks work themselves to death going through those pleadings, checking the citations, etc. etc.

It is a very heavy IT area, thus they have a lot of Pakistanis and Indians, but for Georgia, it is pretty wealthy (they do have some poorer sections just like most towns).
Donofrio actually appears reasonably sane, as opposed to Orly, who is doing her best to singlehandedly completely and thoroughly discredit the birther movement. Perhaps she’s on Rahm’s payroll...
Just think, Obama will be denied care if he gets sick under obamacare. The registry will go by SSN and they will say, offer him the pill.
I guess you haven't practiced in Chicago or talked to attorneys that practice there. I know a Litigator who grew up in Chicago in an attorney family and he left because he wanted to try cases not make pay offs for them. Why read the case when all you have to do is count the green? Is it possible Chicago style politics and justice has reached wherever Obama is? Think about it it is not far fetched. The corruption in this administration is mind boggling. I am not a tin foil conspiracist, but it is looking more and more like both political parties are corrupted beyond imagination.
In his 43 page opinion, Judge Land notes that he asked Taitz why he shouldn't fine her $10,000, and instead of coming-up with a reason or reasons, she called him a traitor. So he made the fine $20,000 to reward her "effort."
He also directed the DOJ to ascertain whether the fine can be paid to the National Infantry Foundation at Fort Benning. LOL
I was critical of Donofrio at first because of his use of foreign law and statutes but he does have some key things going for him. Most importantly, he is addressing the issue not from a conspiracy sense, but from a reasonable legal sense- the exact same arguments that prompted Congress to write a declaration for John McCain about his NBC status and has been an issue with at least six other presidents who have had a foreign born parent. Orly, however, is turning this case into a legal hot potato that no judge will want to touch. If she keeps playing games and attacking judges, no one will ever take a case on this in the future. One could be holding a video of Zero being born and a sworn statement, but judges may not want to get near this case because of what she turned it into.
