Taitz On Sanctions: “A Mockery Of Justice”
Oh for Goodness Sake ^ | Oct. 16, 2009 | staff

Posted on 10/16/2009 12:52:55 PM PDT by SvenMagnussen

I will clearly appeal this mockery of justice. Judge Land was totally dishonest and misstated and misrepresented 99% of what was written in the pleadings and what transpired during the hearings. He broke and violated each and every rule in the book: his own local rules, clear precedents, rule of law and Constitution in order to appease this Kenyan dictator and his regime. Will the Circuit Court of Appeals be less corrupt, remains to be seen. We have seen total dereliction of duties by so many in the Federal government, nothing will surprise me.

“She is about the last person to be accusing others of violating each and every rule in the book, isn’t she?”

I thank God for her. Take your comment and give it to the the president and democrats who have obstructed justice. Orly is the only one fighting a fight for America. Whether you believe in the BC issue or not, at least she is taking a stand..............I could go on about strong arming and violations, but seeing that you are here, you must have read all about it.

I’m confused. How did Romney get mixed up in all this? I have seen him mentioned in posts but not in any of the stories. Can someone fill me in?

Actually, I kind of like it. Maybe this isn’t the way to butter up a judge, but this judge isn’t in any mood to be buttered up anyway. He clearly has his instructions from above, and he’s not about to give Orly a break.

So, maybe another strategy is to go all out after the truth, hammer and tongs, and let the chips fall where they may. If it enrages the judge, so much the better. Sure, it’s a dangerous game. But I’m surprised this judge is even doing this sanctions business, because it keeps the whole issue alive and it opens the door for an appeal. And possibly, it might lead to eventual discovery.

Why should Orly’s Kenyan Birth Certificate be scorned by this judge and Obama’s Hawaiian birth certificate be held up as if it were so sanctified it didn’t even need to be looked at? Because in point of fact it never has been looked at. That’s the whole problem. There’s nothing out there but a forged web image, and Obama has never even personally said—far less sworn—that it is real.

I think Orly is enough of a patriot to risk her career. Indeed, if she were more concerned about her career than her country, she never would have done this in the first place.

And so did judge Land.

True, but he's the judge.

Court is not a democracy. The best way to fight an abusive judge is through following strict professional protocol, and then expose the abuse when you appeal the decision.

Fighting provocation is a delicate thing - you've got to assume your provocateur is trying to get you to respond under their authority, in order to delegitimize you through your angry (even though justified) reaction to their abuse, in order to prevent you from successfully appealing against them later.

In other words:

Do any of you know who the expert witnesses will be in any of the court cases? (IE: authenticators of bc doc’s, validity of obama’s defense and all plaintiff’s claims?)

Non, have you ever heard of a judge sanctioning an attorney sua sponte and ordering the fine to be directed to his favorite charity?

I can't speak to the first part, though the judge made it clear in his order that he feels Taitz provoked the response and the higher sanction. As for the second, I would think that would be illegal. In any case Taitz must pay the fine to the U.S. and not a charity. Per the judges order Link

You’re slipping. It took you a whole 3 minutes to respond which should be at a maximum of 1 minute and half.

And here you are some time after that. Talk about slipping.

SCOTUS has already revealed itself to be corrupt,
and unfaithful to their Oaths, the US Constitution,
and their laughable, "written-only-to-fool-the-public(wink,wink)" Code of Ethics.

Rule 11 specifically allows a judge to sanction sua sponte. (It's not done often, but the law is clear that the judge can do it.) The idea of giving it to charity (even though it's a military charity) is something I've never heard of and is probably not allowed. I wouldn't be surprised if the U.S. Attorney says he can't do that.

Any speculation on why Judge Land might have chosen to suggest that course of action?
