Eight all at once and one separately. Hes not giving out details at this time, but says he has lawyers working on the briefs. Kreep has become much more outspoken about Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq., even while not mentioning her name. He trashed the main complaint she wrote for their case Barnett v. Obama to hell, calling it terrible, at the mildest.

And then what? Were stuck with Biden? Would there be a special election? I havent heard a definite answer to this question.
As anxious and eager as I am to see the Kenyan Usurper removed from office, I have to say that even IF Judge Carter were to rule that 0bama was not Constitutionally eligible to serve as POTUS, the very first thing that would happen would be an immediate appeal by Perkins Coie (0bama's law firm retained for the purpose of fighting these lawsuits) to the next highest court, and we can be sure that they will appeal it all the way to the Supreme Court of the United States, which has already proven that they are in the tank for Comrade 0bama.
I suspect that the only way 0bama is going to be removed from office is when Almighty God decides that it's time for 0bama to leave office.
And this Earth.

Not if Judge Carter grants the MTD that was requested by the defense.

Constitutional Crisis Amendment 12 kicks in or new Elections or SCOTUS(most likely) Twenty-fifth Amendment kicks in. Crisis averted.

The U.S. Attorney's Office are handling these.

Must not be holding out much hope for Barnett v. Obama.

Nine Lawsuits?
It is time that we in this country passed a law that would require that those who file lawsuits and lose, would have to pay the legal expenses of both litigants.

And then what? Were stuck with Biden? Would there be a special election? I havent heard a definite answer to this question. I don't know why you are so confused, the constitution is clear, the VP would take over. Biden was elected legally, even if Bozo was ineligible when he appointed him. Besides if we dumped Biden also we would get Pelosy or Hillery.

I assume you consider yourself a conservative, hence you’re presence on Free Republic. I’m curious why you (and a few others here) work so diligently AGAINST Obama having to prove he’s constitutionally eligible to be president? Why are you not curious yourself that so many people are willing to bring suit against him to prove something so crucial? Take Taitz out of the equation; why are SO many others willing to put themselves on the line to demand answers? Why does that bother you so?
To: spacejunkie01
I also would want to know the answers to your questions. Why would anyone not want President Obama to have to show his birth certificate? It would stop all this speculation. In fact, every single person who filed to run for the presidency should have to produce his original birth certificate.
To: mkjessup
If obama loses in fed court based on evidence, I wonder what they would appeal? LoL!!! See what I mean? If it’s proven he’s inelligible, what could they appeal on? I can’t think of anything.

why does that bother you so?
And why show up on these threads 24/7 to defend Barry? What are you doing to help the truth come out?

I simply stated that I believe that we need a national policy of Loser Pays where those who are on the losing end of lawsuits would have to pay the legal expenses of both or all litigants.
Therefore, if Gary Kreep is able to probe that Obama is ineligible to be president, Obama would have to pay all of Kreep’s legal expenses.
And if Kreep is unable to prove that Obama is ineligible, Kreep would have to pay all the legal expenses of Obama, the federal government as well as all others who he names as defendants.

I’ll agree to that, as long as you agree to allowing it to go to discovery.

The fact that taxpayer-funded government attorneys are being used to “defend” Barry from having to show normal documentation of birth and other records is (a) suspicious, and (b) a misuse of public money.

Biden? Biden might not be my favorite politician, but I have no doubt that he is an American, and that the interests of our country and its institutions come first in his heart.
I have more than doubts about the other guy.

If Kreep is wise, he's working off this "tip" from Judge Carter to derive Standing and Jurisdiction for his clients (from the 10-05-08 WaveyDavey report):
CARTER then discussed the two-party system and viability of third-party candidates, and expressed that he thinks having the ability for third-party candidates is important, and then he said he still wants to know why no one has raised this issue.
