FIRST of all, this shows that Fukino HAS purposefully been hiding information from public requests. Keep digging at that wound, Leo. Second of all, I'm sensing there's something VERY SIGNIFICANT from Leo's Blog:
I thought it was very odd that Okubo included the marriage index information in her response to KingsKids very specific request for President Obamas index data. Specifically, I was confused as to why Okubos response would list Bride and Groom in Obamas index file instead of Mother and Father.
Okubos response to KingsKid gives the impression that the names of Obamas parents are included in that response but it doesnt have them listed as parents. The Dept of Health (not the Judiciary) maintains Marriage certificates in Hawaii. NO SEARCH by researchers and private investigators has EVER shown it to exist. There's not even a header or index of an Obama marriage record -- unless they've been hiding that index data too! The words "BRIDE" and "GROOM" do not appear on any Hawaiian Birth Certificate. |

You are a Class A researcher. :-)
I don’t know about Hawaii but in Calif. you can search the index by groom or bride in case you don’t know both or just maiden name. Also Calif marriages are public except for those that request a Confidential marriage and pay like $50 extra and it is kept confidential.
I suppose there might well be a Honolulu Advertiser, Star Bulletin Notice for the Dunham Obama marriage application, unless they requested it not be released....would like to see that one-anyone? Sacramento has copies of the newspaper in the State Library.
I find it very odd that Okubo can’t seem to correctly spell: Dunham.
FYI from Leo’s blog comments:

Aloha..,
I am sorry; I may have misunderstood your request. The bride and groom index data is from Stanley Ann Dunahm and Barack Hussein Obama index files.
The Department of Health does not hold divorce records, they are with the Department of Judiciary.
On the website: http://hawaii.gov/health/vital-records/vital-records/index.html
Vital records (birth, death, marriage, and divorce certificates) for events that occurred in Hawaii are received and preserved by the Office of Health Status Monitoring, a unit of the Department of Health. In Hawaii, access to vital records is restricted by statute (HRS §338-18).

[ed. what the hell? geez. this is just too weird. we’re looking into it. thanks for pointing that one out.]
There’s no ends they will not go to, to cover for zero.
Nevada: no listing of "bride" or "groom" -- names of the parties only
Pennsylvania: no listing of "bride" or "groom -- names of the parties only
If not even a marriage certificate lists "bride" and "groom" and these labels are not found anywhere on a Hawaiian birth certificate, then I don't know what Fukino is trying to communicate.
Woah!
BP2 for President!
