Does Susan from Glendale (or do any of us) finally have standing? (VANITY)

I was discussing this with my husband this week. I haven't been able to sleep without having end of the world nightmares for the past six months. I'm grinding my teeth all day and night---never did it before Obama was elected. I am taking sleeping pills to sleep, and on occasion must take anti-depressants. I have had several anxiety attacks in the past six months--never had them before. How much emotional and physical damage does this administration get to heap on the average American citizen before we can join together in a class action against someone? I'm sure there's a law preventing civil suits being brought against anyone in the government, but my health has been damaged by this man, and I am certain there are others out there who are experiencing the same issues. (My husband, for one.)

When are we harmed enough to have standing?

Chrysler dealers have been harmed and have standing. They should file a class action lawsuit against Pelosi, Howard Dean and the DNC for not checking Obama’s eligibility.

The ONLY ONLY reason they failed to do it is because Hussein is not eligible.

Not to sound mean or anything, but there seems to be deeper issues with the person who posted this. Panic attacks, nightmares, etc.. BHO may be the trigger, but something else is the cause.

I fail to see how we don’t have standing. The Constitution is a compact between citizens and govt. Obama should be compelled to prove his eligibility to our satisfaction. I know this is not legally true, but morally, and ethically, it is.

After to listening to Susan in Glendale on Rush, I would say there are a lot more people like her, and this poster, than we realize.

Wait. You cannot take politics that seriously. It will drive you crazy. I have learned this lesson well. Worrying about politics does nothing to change anything. And trust me...the politicians are not worrying about us. Just go on living your life, concentrate on the good in your life. This is your choice.

someone on Leo Donofrio’s site found something talking about the United States Corporation where people were not allowed to sue the corporation! I had never heard such a thing. bascially you live in a corporation that is legally immune for litigation.

Take the time to call and fax against Obama’s Death-Care.

www.faxzero.com and www.getfreefax.com. Both services allow 2 FREE faxes per day or 4 in total.

Fax and call. Do their DC offices and in-state. Google their name and write down ALL the phone numbers and faxes.

No crying or hand wringing. Tell friends, neighbors, family members etc.

But many of my friends and family are very much in favour of public health care. Very much so. More for it than against it by far. Thank you though.

You know, when people preface a mean statement with ‘not to be mean or anything,’ that doesn’t excuse their insensitivity. Are you a shrink?

I am telling you that there are probably thousands (if not millions) of us out here who used to be fine and emotionally healthy individuals before this systematic destruction of our country. Many of us are responding with a little more reaction than, oh well...too bad, whatever, it’s just politics. And we probably all have one thing in common. Our kids. That’s just one of the ‘deeper’ issues in play here, oh brilliant one-—I give a damn about what happens to my kids.

And just FYI, here’s what most of the interpretation of nightmares about Armageddon or the end of the world means:
To dream about Armageddon, suggests that you are feeling hopeless and out of control. The dream may be triggered from the deep emotional stress that you are experiencing in your waking life.

We do feel out of control, when our president and congress are ramming through legislation against our will that will potentially negatively affect us and everyone we love in such a significant way as their health. This isn’t just another bill—this is our life and health and freedom. And if you’re not upset to the point of anxiety, then you ought to be. And I say that you’re the one with the deeper issues for being so blind to the seriousness of what we face. WAKE UP!

Sad. I guess they do not value their freedom. ACORN will be the new doctors and nurses. It will be a nightmare.

No I am not a shrink and it’s an observation. Is it insensitive? Yes. Giving a “damn” about what is happening is one thing. Panic attacks and nightmares are entirely a different matter.

...bury your head in the sand...pay no attention to their corruption and criminal activities...look the other way...it won’t do any good...just shut up and be a good citizen...pay your taxes...let them spend your children into the poor house...move along...nothing to see here.

You must be a liberal.

oh dear. Of course they value their freedom. We simply have different opinions. They are good people. We love ‘em. Bless their hearts.
