The chief of Hawaii's Department of Health twice has issued statements trying to convince doubters that President Barack Obama was born in the state, and now those words may backfire if a new legal challenge that is being developed comes to fruition.
Leo Donofrio, who brought one of the first legal challenges to Obama's eligibility to be president and unsuccessfully tried to get the U.S. Supreme Court to get involved at the time of the election, is reporting on his website that Hawaiian state law requires "information collected and maintained for the purpose of making information available to the general public" be released.
It was in July that Chiyome Fukino issued a statement on the subject of Obama's birth:
"I, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, Director of the Hawaii State Department of Health, have seen the original vital records maintained on file by the Hawaii State Department of Health verifying Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawai‘i and is a natural-born American citizen. I have nothing further to add to this statement or my original statement issued in October 2008 over eight months ago."
It was in 2008 at the time of the election she stated:
"There have been numerous requests for Sen. Barack Hussein Obama’s official birth certificate. State law (Hawaii Revised Statutes §338-18) prohibits the release of a certified birth certificate to persons who do not have a tangible interest in the vital record.
"Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawai‘i, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawaii State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures.

Which suit? Should be pretty easy to find this official state document that says she was born in Hawaii despite being born in Indonesia on the internet if Berg entered it into the public record as evidence.
Just point me in the right direction. I've scoured the internet and I can't find any actual evidence that Maya Soetoto-Ng has a birth certificate that lists "Hawaii" as her place of birth.

- Did Obama register for the draft? Good point. If there's a sealed adoption hiding the original birth certificate, there might be fraud with his Selective Service registration, too, depending on if/when he changed his name BACK from Barry Soetoro to Barack Obama.

Under US law, it doesn't matter what foreign law says, a child can't have his citizenship renounced by his parents, or anyone else.

Not neccessary. He was only a first grader when he left, and still in elementary school when he returned.

Now that is an interesting question. But not as interesting as the question of his father's citizenship and/or his own birthplace

Also an interesting question, but not one bearing directly on his eligibility. However as an indicator of the falseness of the posted COLB, it is one more indicator that something smells mighty fishy around his Certification of Live Birth or whatever "birth record" he has.
Supposedly, the “Constitutionally qualified to be president” statement was missing in both the 2000 and 2004 docs. They are somewhere on the internet. I actually posted the links for them on FR about 2 weeks ago.
BO is still a Usurper, but I think the prior election docs did not include the “Constitutionall qualified” statement”.
Terri and Leo need all the records, not just the ones supposedly viewed by her in order to make that public statement. They also need the documents that she ignored, set aside, and buried back into the file that would have led to a different public statement. Unless all the records are opened, there could be a selective release of documents that had been amended to Obama's favor.
Normally, one would think a natural born citizen would be born to two US citizens, and live in the USA their entire life. A simple line to follow. Easy to document.
We have a president born to a foreign national, who appears to have claims to three different national citizenship's. A difficult line to follow, especially when he refuses to provide the original documentation, in his possession, that would be required to do so.
Confusion has been his friend, and he promotes it. Not us. We only seek the truth and are mocked and derided for doing so. It will come out.

All I was stating was that the documents for the prior 2 elections did not include Constitutionally qualified phrase.
When I posted the links on FR about 2 weeks ago, several members said that they appeared authentic. I am not defending Pelosi, just making a comment regarding the docs for the prior 2 elections.

I wonder why no one in the media has bothered to ask him what they were doing in Indonesia during that time...
Where is this "sworn certification" from Pelosi that you speak of?
