Pending Litigation: Hawaii Confirms That Obama’s Vital Records Have Been Amended.
I will be assisting one of my readers in filing litigation in Hawaii state circuit court pursuant to her ongoing request for public information denied by Hawaii officials. (Readers of my blog will recognize her as MissTickly aka TerriK.)Correspondence sent to TerriK by Hawaii officials indicates that President Obama’s vital records have been amended and official records pertaining thereto are maintained by the state of Hawaii.
I will issue a full statement and press release on behalf of TerriK via this blog in the days ahead. This statement will include a complete history of correspondence between TerriK and Hawaii state officials in the Office of Information Practices (OIP) and the Department of Health (DoH).

TerriK has standing to pursue this action under the statute. The UIPA manual states:
“Any person” may make a request for government records under part II, the Freedom of Information section of the UIPA. “Person” is defined broadly to include an individual, government agencies, partnerships and any other legal entities.
Under part II, a government agency generally may not limit access to public records based on who the requester is or the proposed use of the record.
Just as he would be if born in the US."
My reply was limited in context to the particular statue I was referring to. And yes, if born in the U.S., he would be a "citizen" and I've no doubt the framers would not have intended him (with a foreign national father) to be considered Commander in Chief eligible (i.e. Not NBC). Your right, the framers were clearly trying to prevent someone with clear foreign influence/entanglements such as Barry, from being the CinC. For obvious reasons I would add. The world is no less a dangerous place now than it was back then. In fact, it's a far more dangerous place! All the more reason to NOT find that someone with a foreign national parent(s) be eligible to lead our country and military.

If it was amended in relation to the adoption getting that sealed original will be even harder than ever, really. Watch for the courts to say that birth records are not subject to the same FOIA as other government records. It only makes sense when one looks at the adoption records laws. Not even a grown adult can access their OWN birth certificate, much less a member of the public have access to an un-Amended version.
I suppose since this is pertaining to a specific Hawaii statute one may trump the other though. Should be interesting.
What do you do in those instances where a mother is a slut and no one knows who the father is..no father on the Birth certificate...could be Fidel Castro, John Lennon, Chairman Mao, Hitler, Jihad Abdul, or Joe Blow USA.

Think of all those judges, those in the SRM and in Congress that have relied on THAT document as being the "prima facie" evidence that Barry is a NBC and thus qualified? Wow!
Actually, Hawaii has a law that an adopted child who is now an adult can access all of that ...even court records..without a court order.

I second that sentiment. I remember that thread. It was vicious. I commented to her that she should ease off on her tone, but other than that I thought she had every right to make whatever criticisms she wanted to and not be run off and accused of being a troll.

I think it is a Court problem. Judges think, with good reason, that they rule our nation and hence the world and can do anything they want to us. And so far they have been right. After the next Lexington and Concord we can put a bounty on em. Not sure it explains it well but maybe it explains why that pond is following me around everywhere I go...

What Leo’s client accomplished with her queries to Fukino and Okubo was th esotablish that Barry’s vital records have been amended. IF tany amendments occurred before june 2007 then a valid CoLB would reflect that with a word ‘Amended’ on the issued document. The thing Barry has claimed is ganuine and his henchfools at Factcheck.org posted as genuine for him does not have the word ‘Amended’ on it yet it is supposedly dated June 2007. So far, the world has not seen a valid CoLB of BC for this lying scum-sucking bastard commie. Perhaps the world will be privy to a genuine CoLB or long form BC, but if the democrats remain in power, the chances are zero of it because the entire democrap party is a criminal enterprise and the power of the Oval Office is the largest criminal prize.
