If they are innocent, why did they fire their employees?
Discovery.
I say, bring it on. They will likely regret it.
When you find yourself in a hole: STOP DIGGING.
That would open up all their files, correspondence, and officers/employees to discovery of "all admissible evidence and all information reasonably calculated to lead to the discovery of admissible evidence."
If they are that stupid, bring it on. A couple of good lawyers will make everybody involved in ACORN wish they had never been born.
great idea. We should all start suing leftist media too.
That would be a pandoras box that ACORN would not want opened. I would absolutely LOVE to see them sue Fox News.
WOW, wouldn't that be great?
discovery is a powerful tool. Acorn won’t dare go into Court.
Not sure how that would turn out. Rupert Murdoch certainly has deep pockets, but Obama and Eric Holder would take personal interest in the outcome of any lawsuit.
GOOD NEWS INDEED! Bluster and blather
“bring it on!”
FOX doesn’t seem too worried as they keep playing them, Fox & Friends, Megyn & Hammer in morning, Beck, Hannity, etc.
They are really pounding on the 7 who voted to keep funding ACORN too and frequently showing their pics and naming names.
Go Fox.
Fox haas been sued before. All news organizations have. So sue.
Let’s run away because ACORN is threatening to sue! Oh my!
“...threatening to sue...”
blah, blah, blah
Let me say this. If O’keefe and his partner in crime are charged with a felony, there will be a backlash like none that has been seen before, imo.
Make Rupert’s day.
Actually, it could be a threat so they will back down and stop airing the tapes, I could be wrong, but, go ahead ACORN your opening up a can of worms.
