Reports from Gary are starting...He is about 25th in line out of approximately 300 people waiting to get into the courtroom. Almost all spectators are anti-Obama.
Orly Taitz arrived just a few moments ago and the throng applauded.
Lucas Smith is also present. Smith has claimed the Obama birth certificate he has shown on the Internet as real. That remains to be seen. However it is interesting he has joined the proceedings.

When court is in session cell phones and camera's will be banned so we will experience a news blackout.
This hearing may last from 30 minutes to a couple of hours. Taitz apparently wishes to include Lucas Smith so that an investigation of his proffered document can be be forensically examined and by which means he came by it.
Justice Carter is expected to throw out the last minute attempt Motion to Dismiss submitted by Obama's counsel late in the afternoon this past Friday. Taitz is also hoping for court approval to depose Sec State Clinton and Sec Defense Gates. Justice Carter may also rule for discovery. This is what we are hoping for, because once discovery is ordered the case is over. Obama would then have to unseal his records and produce.

Gary also mentioned there was no visible media turnout for this hearing as in no SatCam Uplink Trucks. The LA Fox Channel was expected to report on this hearing. Perhaps they are awaiting a "courthouse steps" exit interview from the pertinent parties.
Back to you Gary.....

Justice Carter noting the packed courtroom and overflow crowd waiting in the hallways has ordered a change to a larger courtroom and has taken a 2 hour recess to accommodate the transfer of officers of the court and spectators.

In the meantime read some articles watch our "Burning Down The House" video (rate it I'm curious:)

As far as crowd demographics the estimated age range is 18 to 80
70% Men 30% Women
age 60+ seems to be the majority. About the same mix as an August Town Hall crowd.
Orly Taitz appeared relaxed-- calm cool and collected.
More as I receive it.............

In what way should they be taken with caution? Against/for the plaintiffs? Or, against/for Orly? Or?
Thanks.
Whoa ... very inflammatory. If this is true, I
pray they keep Kreep at bay. First I’ve
heard anyone infer he may be trying to harm
Taitz’ case and that of her plaintiffs.
Again if true, attorneys I’ve know with that
type of arrogance put themselves in front of
their client, to the harm of the case. The
case has to be the priority and what it means
ultimately.
Consider the source. Google Jeff Schwilk.
Gary Kreep is one of the good guys.
That would be Jeff Schwilk.
If this is true
It's not.
What about the lead plaintiff: CPT Pamela Barnett? She agrees with the other plaintiff’s comments.
Thanks for the info..
Good lady, but she’s wrong.
How so .. do you know the plaintiffs in this case?
Schwilk joined the California Minutemen in May 2005 after hearing and reading about the growing immigration crisis in California and America. He participated in the first-ever border watch operation in California in July at Campo and spent 16 days with other patriotic, concerned Americans assisting the Border Patrol to guard the East San Diego County border. By the end of the operation, he had risen to the #2 position at CMM. Jeff helped plan and organize the next operation in Sep 05 in Jacumba. In October 2005, as CMM was winding down, Schwilk and fellow Minuteman Jeff Mundt decided to start their own local, independent Minuteman group to focus on interior immigration problems and political activism. And so the San Diego Minutemen group was born. SDMM did its first border operation with 7 patriots in mid-October 2005. Since then SDMM has expanded its membership to over 600 concerned citizens in San Diego County. Schwilk has been back to the border dozens of times to monitor the U.S. Governments efforts to secure the border. Some fence building has occurred and the National Guard has helped the Border Patrol in guarding the border, however unchecked crossings and smuggling in San Diego County are still occurring daily. Large quantities of drugs and human cargo are still brought through the open border. Much work is yet to be done if we are ever to have true border security, a secure homeland, and a controlled, humane legal system of immigration.
In January 2006, SDMM focused its operations on the employers who hire illegal aliens and draw them here in the first place. Since then, Jeff and his group have been working tirelessly to shut down the illegal day labor sites in cities all over San Diego County. In April 06, they were able to shut down their first site, a large dirt lot in a residential neighborhood in Fallbrook where loitering day laborers were harassing school children nearby residents. Through rallies and deterrence operations, they have also greatly reduced the problems with a large site at a popular shopping center in Vista and also the large day labor site in east Oceanside. In June 06, Jeff and some brave patriots infiltrated Congressional candidate Francine Busbys meeting with illegal aliens and caught her on tape saying those now famous words, You dont need papers for voting. Five days later, after much media scrutiny, she was defeated by Brian Bilbray in the special election for the 50th District, who has since fought tirelessly on the illegal immigration issue.
Jeff works 7 days per week full time fighting against illegal immigration in the San Diego Region. He works with all law enforcement and politicians in the local area and assists on local political campaigns. Jeff is of German and Spanish descent. He worked 3 1/2 years in a car wash with hard working Mexicans in the early 80s. His best friend in school was half Mexican. He speaks some Spanish and Korean.
Jeff considers himself a Constitutional Conservative, but politically moderate. He has been a registered Independent since 1992 and has supported and worked for candidates from all political parties who believe in the rule of law and a secure homeland free of unchecked illegal immigration." http://sandiegominutemen.com/site/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=16&Itemid=32
I've read some pro illegal alien sites that state he is very hot tempered (to say the least). Considering the sources, sounds to me like he's very aggressive in being AGAINST illegal immigration.
Activist Claudia Smith Threatens To Arrest Jeff Schwilk http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G86XlhfqFBc
This is a strange one. Claudia Smith of California Rural Legal Assistance threatens to press charges against Jeff Schwilk of the San Diego Minutemen for throwing away a tortoise shell. The shell is what's left of a turtle used by illegal aliens in a Santeria sacrifice in the McGonigle Canyon shanty town on the Northern Edge of San Diego County.Claudia Smith and California Rural Legal Assistance are currently under federal investigation for wrongfully using federal tax money to fund frivolous litigation and class action lawsuits on behalf of unidentified "members of the general public." (illegal aliens)
In that video (albeit one example), he clearly appears to be a reasonable man...going against the PRO illegal immigration interests.
This is so infuriating! ... “Mr. Kreep ... delayed a hearing yesterday from Sept. 11 to Oct. 5” Makes one wonder whose side this Kreep is on?

Makes one wonder about the accuracy of statements by some also.
It would be infuriating, if it was true. It’s not though. I had lots of friends in the courtroom and in the proceedings and it just didn’t happen that way.
Calling a Marine a liar makes me wonder whose side you’re on?
Not on Schwilk’s, that’s for sure.
Whoa - I agree!
That's good news. She's been trying to do too much all by herself.
Which one would that be? The image of the CoLB posted on KOS and FactCheck has never been acknowledges as having been issued by the State of Hawaii. We have no idea what "source document" it's based on, since there are several possibilities. Well, only a couple as to actual documents/forms, but there are multiple ways those forms could have been filed, and the real ones (yes there could be more than one) would indicate just how.
That would be my take on it.
