Don’t know if it was ABC but, AARP was running a *don’t believe the myths* pro-Obamacare commercial this morning.
The AARP are some lying bastards but, if you’re a member, you get some sweet discounts on rentals, hotels, etc.
I keep wondering if people have it wrong. Perhaps, instead of a State-Run Media, we have a Media-Run State...
The TV networks audience is disappearing ... why waste the money.
Radio is far more effective.
I would think there would be legal remedies available to force them to sell equal time for an opposing view...
however since our legal system has apparently been taken over by communist thugs... guess that won’t work.

Hopefully everyone is watching Glenn Beck! This falls right into play with his show yesterday, and probably today.
Just a reminder.
The media isn’t “biased” toward the DNC. What we often refer to as the major media “is” the DNC. They don’t support the DNC, they are the DNC. They are DNC propagandists, to be sure, and they are a favored client group but they are also a major force within the DNC’s leadership.
If you watch ABC, NBC, CNN to get your news, you may as well be reading DNC press releases because in fact you “are” reading DNC press releases. If you are complaining that Republicans aren’t getting a fair shake on these networks, brother, sister, you need to grow up. A Republican is never going to get a fair shake in a DNC press release.
The question is not, then, why don’t Republicans get a fair shake, but rather why after all these decades are Republicans still letting DNC activists read them their news, and still crying about it, and still not doing anything about it?
As soon as you figure out that a news source is nothing more than a DNC broadsheet, you should tune it out and turn it off. Kudos to the Robinsons for building an alternative, and kudos to others who are engaged in building other alternatives. Thank God for the radio, and watch in the next year as the DNC tries to shut that off as an alternative, and watch them go after the internet. They aren’t going to give up their monopoly without a fight. We shouldn’t let them seduce us into watching their junk broadcasting in the meantime.

Or even better, junk you TV and start a throw your TV out movement. Get hundreds to goto the ABC and NBC studios and leave your junked TV right there in front of their offices!!!

TV is so last century... if these anti Obamacare people really wanted to make an impact, buy some space at Hulu or the other internet online entertainment places.
While that sounds like a clear violation of election law, I guess the prosecution of the law now is selective as well.

And for me - I believe there will be death panels... not in the legislation - but brought on by it... When I was young I was a democrat and I believed what democrats said. For example: One of the charges against some of the civil rights legislation was that it would lead to “quotas”... Everyone - including me - assured people that there would never be racial or gender related “quotas”. But there were - it was a logical outgrowth of the legislation. If you go back and read about it - you’ll see it. The mouth breathers saying there would be quotas - the enlightened saying there wouldn’t be... The enlightened were wrong. That’s how this health care/death panel thing is - it’s NOT “in” the legislation but if you take this down time - enough years, it’ll be there. That’s what people are objecting to. Let’s say there was legislation to form “collectives” rather than having for-profit farms. There would be people who would say that the legislation would cause starvation. And people like members of the MSM take it literally and read the bill and say, “there’s nothing about starving people to death in the bill”. And they would be right. But there are people who know collectives don’t work - that where they are tried - where ever they are tried - people starve to death. It does NOT work. But it’s not written in the bill. But it will be there - down the road - given enough time... Marx never wrote about putting millions of people to death - but communism always seems to include mass graves. But it’s NOT in the Manifesto. Do you see what I’m saying - the death panels are there - just down the road...
