I would think there would be legal remedies available to force them to sell equal time for an opposing view...

Maybe they refuse conservatives time on the air until they pretend to have a change of heart and enact a ‘Fairness Doctrine’ to ‘protect’ us.

Wouldn't that be the same as calling for a fairness doctrine?

I'd think they'd have a right to sell or refuse to sell commercials to whomever they choose. But we'd also have the right to turn them off and affect their ratings because of those choices.
