"Repeatedly invoking the Bible, President Obama yesterday told religious leaders that health-care critics are "bearing false witness" against his plan"

The convenient thing of not believing in anything but the expedient is that it causes no conflict with pretending to believe in whatever you think your audience wants to hear.

Obortion will have a special place in Hell.

Preferably with a large old family bible. They're bigger!

None of the talkies (Hannity, Limbaugh etc) put this spin on it. But should of “I guess those commandments don’t apply to Obamacrats when they cast stones against protestors at tea parties, or Sara Palin et all”

The curiosity is that he was using orthodox language speaking to a bunch of new age reformers. They not only did not get his references, they were offended by his conservative language.
This dope of a president can not get anything right. His cultural and intellectual immaturity are driving people away in droves.

What in the world does Zero think he is doing? Auditioning for the role of AntiChrist? Seems to me it would be smart for a guy who sat in Rev Wright's "church" for twenty years to keep his mouth shut when it comes to religion. Every day this guy does something dumber than the dumb thing he did yesterday. Who is babysitting him? Is there an adult anywhere in the vicinity?

EXCELLENT point!

Yes, if you’re a democrat/socialist/staterunmediatype, then it’s OKAY to bear false witness...

Only, it’s not bearing false witness, is it? Isn’t it called ‘emotionalizing’ nowadays?
