PolitiFact fact-checked Gov. Palin's claim that Obama's Cap and Trade bill would cause job loss and consequently includes a provision in the bill to help alleviate the damage to workers. Surprise, surprise: Palin was right.

Palin and other Republicans say they are concerned that the transition will be costly to industry -- particularly companies in the energy sector -- and that workers will lose their jobs as a result. The authors of the bill are also concerned -- so much so that they included the program Palin refers to.
Maybe that lost jobs part was buried on page 1001 of the bill. Certainly the MSM would have caught that for us if Sara had not pointed it out. :-)
