Palin – Perry 2012 or 2016?
Governor Palin 4 President ^

Posted on 07/09/2009 7:26:08 AM PDT by MaxCUA

Conroe, TX — Gov. Rick Perry said Wednesday Governor Palin is committed to campaigning for his re-election bid & that he welcomes the support of The Governor.

Perry, after a luncheon speech to a Lions Club in Conroe north of Houston, said:

He intends to complete the full four years if he's re-elected next year to a third term. "Sarah and I were friends well back before she became a national star, She'll be here."

Perry is wise to have Sarah come and support him. VA’s McDonnell hasn’t committed to inviting her. It’d be a mistake for him NOT to.

Isn’t Perry just another RINO, wino gigolo?

If Palin is campaigning for RINOs, that does not bode well for her.

But is he less of a RINO than Kay or the Democrat opposition? If she only campaigns for Goldwater Republicans she won’t be very busy and the Democrats will be very happy.

“If Palin is campaigning for RINOs, that does not bode well for her.”

Under normal circumstances, yes, but he’s better than KBH, and it’s unconscionable to let Texas slide into the hands of a dem.

Rick and Sarah are good friends, and have similar resumes.

Rick has cut state gov. spending, just like Sarah did. They both have ‘rainy day’ funds of around 7 billion saved for their respective states.

At the Gov. Conference last spring, Rick stood right by Sarah, at the press conference, and the media kept asking only Sarah questions. And then when the media went a little bonkers, with their questions to Sarah, Rick stepped forward and said, “One more question and we are out of here..”

It would not surprise me a bit if Sarah runs in 2012, she runs with Rick..........

If the only thing the Republicans have to offer in Texas is a Fabian Socialist, I say let them rot.

No support for RINOs.

None.

They are NOT better than RATs.

They are WORSE, because the people think they have a conservative when they have a Fabian Socialist. He can do more damage, because, like a Fabian, he will do it more slowly, and less noticeably than a commieRAT. The RATs can’t help themselves. They run headlong into full swing Stalinism, thereby alarming the people.

Let the RATs have it.

The people need a wake up call.

Just like 0bama and his politburo are giving them a wake-up call on the national level.

2016 would be too late! We'll all have chips in our heads and be eating Soylent Green by then. Sarah did right in resigning. (My opinion) She moves the family to the center of the country, Texas is about right. She enrolls in Ronald Reagan University to get her PHD under Profs. Cheney, Sowell, etc.. and then goes out into the country and campaigns more for conservative principles than for Repub. candidates. Then she will be ready for 2012. Perry just needs to put his pecker in a lock box for 2 years. (just to be safe!)

I’m even more curious about who she will support in the ‘10 U.S. Senate races in Florida and Arizona. Will Sarah really have the guts to NOT SUPPORT RINOs Charlie Crist and John McCain? My instincts tell me that the majority of RINOs running for a variety of political offices will get her support over true conservatives who are also running for the same political offices.

Why prop up a gov who signed an executive order requiring
all girls over 12 to be vaccinated with the dangerous drug
Gardasil?

http://www.edrugsearch.com/edsblog/mandatory-gardasil-in-texas-perrys-motives-are-a-bit-merck-y/

And now he is a limited government guy?

Not necessarily. The only predictable thing about politics is that it’s unpredictable. What if Sarah really does have some “skeletons in the closet” that we don’t know about yet? I hope that’s not the case, but who definitely knows for sure, besides Sarah? I’m glad that Mark Sanford’s troubles were found out this year instead of anywhere from ‘10 to ‘12, not that I ever wished anything bad happened with Mark Sanford. We also don’t have the definitive answers yet as to who will DEFINITELY RUN for POTUS in ‘12, and it’s still possible that Sarah, like it or not, may decide to not run for POTUS in ‘12 and/or beyond for a variety of reasons unknown to us at this present point of time.

He's managed to piss me off more than a few times but he is a fiscal conservative...most of the time.

One thing is for certain, a Palin/Perry ticket would have fabulous hair!

Like Palin, she would probably be the most honest politician in DC and I would vote for her — but she won’t win if she runs against BO in 2012, no matter how bad things they’ll just say how it will take more than a few years to undo what did for 8 years.

PALIN & ? would be a good ticket, so long as "Palin" is the FIRST name in the ticket.

Perry & Palin = like a bush1 or bush2 reduex

Palin & Perry = has possibilities
