A teacher asked her 6th grade class how many of them were Obama fans. All the kids raised their hands except for Little Johnny.
The teacher asked Little Johnny why he had decided to be different...again. Little Johnny said, 'Because I'm not an Obama fan.'
The teacher asked, 'Why aren't you an Obama fan?'
Johnny said, 'Because I'm a Republican.'
The teacher asked him why he was a Republican.
Little Johnny answered, 'Well, my Mom's a Republican and my Dad's a Republican, so I'm a Republican.'
Annoyed by this answer, the teacher asked,
'If your mom was a moron and your dad was an idiot, what would that make you?'
With a big smile, Little Johnny replied, 'That would make me an Obama fan.'

I was talking to a friend’s 6-year old daughter, and she said she wanted to be President some day.
Both of her parents, liberal Democrats, were standing there, as I asked her, ‘If you were President, what would be the first thing you would do?’
She replied, ‘I’d give food and houses to all the homeless people.’
‘Wow - what a worthy goal.’ I told her, ‘You don’t have to wait until you’re President to do that. You can come over to my house and mow, pull weeds, and rake my yard, and I’ll pay you $50. Then I’ll take you over to the grocery store where the homeless guy hangs out, and you can give him the $50 to use toward food or a new house.’
She thought that over for a few seconds (’cause she’s only 6). And while her mom glared at me, the little girl looked me straight in the eye and asked, ‘Why doesn’t the homeless guy come over and do the work, and you can just pay him the $50?’
And I said, ‘Welcome to the Republican Party .’

Seriously, I do tire of some of the “zinger” terms from some quarters... “Libtard” leading the list of words that should be banned in political conversation (as well as “Repubtard”).
