Thousands of Latinos are gathering this Independence Day to celebrate the Farce of July.
This annual all-day concert and street fair is held on Cesar Chavez Avenue in East Los Angeles - - the heart of the barrio.
The event is sponsored by the Aztlan Underground to uphold the claim that the Southwest portion of the United States had been stolen from Mexicans and Mexican Americans ......
Members of the Aztlan Movement and La Raza (of which Supreme Council nominee Sotomayor is a national director) seek to annex California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, and southern Colorado into a new nation: Republica del Norte, “the Republic of the North."

Sounds like a far-fetched idea save for the fact that the 56% of Mexicans and Mexican Americans, according to a Zogby poll, favor the reconquista.
The creation of a “Hispanic Homeland,” Charles Truxillo, professor, University of New Mexico, maintains, is “an inevitability” that should be brought into being “by any means necessary.”
But the “reconquista” won’t end with territorial occupation and secession. The final plan for the La Raza movement includes the ethnic cleansing of Americans of European, African, and Asian descent out of “Aztlan.”

Obama could be like Andrew Jackson, and just ship them outta here, like he did the Cherokee and other tribes even though the supreme court said he couldn’t....Honduras has proven Obama has no regard for the supreme court or constitution of any country.

How about turning Mexico into something besides a third world hellhole, and then we’ll talk.
Mexico already has the racial component they desire, it has tremendous amounts of natural resources, miles of coastline, tourist-friendly climate, etc.
Mexico should be a prosperous paradise. The people who want Aztlan are the same ones whose ideas screwed up Mexico and the rest of Latin America.
Ah, they are just out there to show what cowards they really are. They can’t make it in their own country; so they come over here to whine about it.
In many ways they have already achieved many of their objectives:
More is taught in LAUSD about Che than George Washington or James Madison.
Police officers cannot inquire if a suspect is in the U.S. legally.
Spanish is given the same emphasis as English.
Voters are not ID’d before voting.
The border remains largely unprotected.
Children born to illegals are automatically given U. S. citizenship.
Much of LA resembles a cross between Mexico City and Tortilla Flat.
We have a narcissistic little caudillo of a mayor who runs the place like a little machismo dictator.
We’re already there,man.
Much of California has been reduced to a Third World hell hole and the rest of the country is rapidly following behind with Che BHO Marx Alinsky in the White House.
Our limited republican form of government has been repalced by a one party socialist dictatorship.

The Left refuses to read statistics, they (Left-run by secular types) will demonize WEM’s as devils.

Both cities have temperate Mediterranean climates, deep natural harbors, an abundance of natural resources and natural beauty.
And yet, San Diego is “America's finest city”, and Tijuana is a hellhole beyond all rational description.
The ONLY differences between the cities are cultural and political.

And liars At the time of the Mexican-American war, there were only about 50,000 "Mexicans" in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and California, living under little better than feudal conditions. They did most certainly cross the border, by the millions, in order to escape their own poor, dysfunctional society, culture and government. They would all still be sacrificing each other on stone altars if it weren't for the Europeans, and their women would still be little more than pack animals. If we had not won the Mexican-American War, New Mexico, Arizona and California would look just like Chihuahua, Sonora and Baja. We did not "steal" the part of Mexico with all the jobs, good roads and schools!

This isn’t likely to happen in my lifetime but it may well in the next couple of lifetimes. I’m serious enough about this prospect that I’m happy to be buried in a Catholic cemetery. At least it increases the chances that my headstone won’t be carried off to build a bodega. Meanwhile, the gringo population of Aztlan Nuevo seems dedicated to buggering, contracepting and aborting itself to death.
