POLARIK springs some startling news re; McJuan's birth certificate.

Private ping: The "other" forged birth certificate From Polarik | 06/25/2009 11:33:30 AM PDT new

Keep this under your hats until I spring it on people

I was doing research today on the eligibility and birth certificate controversy that PRECEDED Obama.

Namely, the one on John McCain. It appears that:

1. Not only was there a forged birth certificate for McCain, he didn’t produce it. SHADES OF RATHERGATE! Someone named Don Lamb in Panama forged a Panamanian BC showing that McCain was born there in 1936.

Wait! There’s more!

Not only is the typeface on it from a Selectric IBM, it has the same Rattan background pattern as is on the Hawaiian COLB! (but in black and white). No one ever challenged it. McCain did not want to publicly release his BC, but he did show it to Newsbusters and the Washintton Post, as well as the Senate.

2. The mainstream media was all over it, including CBS, NY Times {twice}, Washington Post {twice}, Dallas Morning News, Newsbusters {twice}, and HuffingtonPost. The first time that the Washington Post published a story about McCain’s eligibility was in 1998!

3. The Hollander v. McCain lawsuit was, without a doubt, the weakest, lamest lawsuit ever brought on the NBC issue.

4. After that lawsuit was thrown out because of “lack of standing,” a term already very familiar in the legal community long before Hollander brought his suit, and obviously long before Berg brought a similar suit, but one much stronger.

5. In July 11, the NYT ran their second article on McCain’s eligibility issue AFTER the Hollander suit was tossed, AFTER the Senate resolution of April 30 proclaiming that McCain was an NBC, and AFTER Obama’s own NBC status was questioned. The NYT argued that the Senate resolution was nonbinding, and they also included an analysis by U. of Arizona law professor, Gabriel Chin who focused on a 1937 law that conferred citizenship on children of American parents born in the Canal Zone after 1904, but after McCain’s birthday to make him a natural-born citizen.

So, all of this crap happened six months before Factcheck did their “Born in the USA” article that was supposed to be “the final chapter.” The Libtards were all over McCain’s ass all that time, right up until the heat was turned on Obama.

Then, suddenly WE were the wingnuts with the tinfoil hats.

You are absolutely correct. The dems wanted McCain to be the Repub candidate and they got what they wanted. I remember all the MSM chirping about him before the R. primary. By the time Texas got to vote McC was the candidate and I didn't even vote. nObama was a surprise (to me) I expected hildabeast to get the dim nod (so did she).

My evidence? I was one of those born there 20 plus years later. If they didn’t have birthing facilities then, they sure didn’t have it in 1936.

I obviously loathe the Clintons but Hillary was robbed. ACORN thugs at the caucuses were unreal. The media ignored it.

The Dems wanted McCain because he is a whiny Democrat who would not fight back. He was “honorable” and was fighting people with no honor. I question his honor post-military when he stabs conservative Repubs in the back in the Senate on a daily basis.

“Wait a minute, there were no hospital facilities in the Canal Zone itself. “

Yes, Gorgas Hostipal on the Pacific side.

“All children of Service members in Panama were delivered at the hospital in Colon. Would this not give them dual citizenship?”

Yes. They are both dual. And lucky for them because of this crazy world. They should exercise their rights for dual. It could save their lives.

They need to return to Panama and claim it.

But call your nearest Panamanian Consulate or the Panamanian Embassy in DC and find out what is needed.

Also, a Panamanian law was passed in the 70’ declaring that any American born within the Canal Zone (Gorgas Hopital or out in your front yard in the Canal Zone) is also a Panamanian citizen.

Take advantage of this law.

There is enough nut cases who think because one is dual, one automatically is cheering for the other country. Not true. We American duals vote for those who appear to be better for the U.S. (us). We always have our country in mind.

And then there is Obama. There is also Soros. Soros who at last count has at lesast 5 citisenships one being U.S.

It is becoming for me more and more difficult not to throw in the towel. A great conservative president was just elected in Panama and took office 1 July (President Martinelli). He shames Obama.

P.S.

There is an agreement between Panama and Europe. A Panamanian passport gives one free access to all of Europe.

Also, like Obama, one can travel to those countries put on a U.S. no no travel list since one is traveling with another passport and not U.S. Cuba was for me a learning experience and not a vacation. What a beautiful country it was. It now looks like photos of WWII Germany. But again, it was a learning experience.

Great work Ron. I look forward to the day when you analyze O’s faked BC that he will try to pawn off to (hopefully) SCOTUS some day.

Fine, I didn't want him either.

Me neither. I'd put good money on being able to vote against him in 2012.

I'd say 'against him again' but much to my shame I was talked into switching from 3rd party at the last minute. I should never have done that. NEVER.

That begs a far more worrisome question - why did BOTH major parties field an unqualified candidate?

200+ years with only one or two questionable candidates (Goldwater and Cleveland).

Then allah the sudden BOTH parties can’t find an American for the job????

The fix was in well before the election.

Fixed your typo:

But either having only one US citizen parent, especially when that is the mother, or being born outside of US territory, is a horse jackass of different color.

Obama’s dad was a native and lifelong permanent resident of British colony Kenya which became a separate nation some years after Obama was born. Obama’s dad was never a US citizen. That fact ALONE means that Obama can never be considered a “natural born citizen”, since Obama inherited a birth loyalty and citizenship of his Dad.

...and his fathers religion, don't forget his father's religion...

“Doesn’t being born to a United States Citizen Mother and a United States Citizen Father, as long as one parent has lived in the U.S., make the baby a natural born citizen, regardless of the location of birth?”

I’m not sure how I can answer this other than my own experience.

All I can tell you is the following:

My two brothers, my sister, and I were born in the Canal Zone of American parents.

Somewhere along the line, some nut in congress decided we needed to be “naturalized.”

My parents packed up my sister and I and we steamed out to New Orleans on one of our Panama Canal ships to face a judge.

My younger brother was not with us. My parents were going to take care of this later.

I have no idea where my “official” naturalization paper is. It probably went into the garbage a long time ago.

In the meantime, my older brother was already an officer in the U.S. Navy with all kinds of secret clearances. He was a communications officer on a ship.

He replied to us of the situation that it was the U.S. government to prove at this point he was not a U.S. citizen. They already knew he was born in the CZ so let them prove he was not a U.S citizen. Period.

Yes, he kept his job (the subject never came up); and when he left the Navy, he was in the Navy reserves for many years.

P.S.

Although I was born in the CZ, this does not make me eligible to become President of the United States.

Neither McCain had he been born in the CZ. Worse though, he was born in Colon, Republic of Panama and not the CZ.

The fix was in well before the election.

The fix was in, for good, on the day that Obama flipflopped on taking public financing. With $850 million, he basically bought the election.

I hope it is sooner than later.

Orbit? Reminds me of Aliens (2nd movie) where they say “we dust off and nuke it from space - it is the only way to be sure.”
