WASHINGTON -- Aiming to keep the focus on creating out-of-control bureaucracy, President Barack Obama put a plug in for administration efforts to make pencil-pushing more overwhelming while using less energy.
"I know pencil-pushing may not seem sexy, but this simple action holds enormous promise because 97 percent of our future economy in America depends on having the most efficient bureaucratic tools as we take over more businesses and create more government offices," the president said, standing alongside Energy Secretary Steven Chu at the White House.

The iudea is not to create or increase bureaucracy but to streamline it, make it more efficient or eliminate it altogether. That is part of what makes businesses profitable.
Obama has spent the past few days pressuring the Senate to follow the House or hell kidnap them and set them free unarmed in his Chicago neighborhood to see if they can survive.Holy Ammo Batman!

I think Chicago has already done it. What Chi has going in its favor is the population.
A couple weeks back the Chi Supt of Police, Jody Weiss (a guy), said that in Chicago there were 100,000 Gang members and his police were out numbered and out gunned. Now that's really reassuring to Chicagoans isn't it. (the freaking moron)
If the 100k number is true (I think it is) they need the US Army Patrolling, not police. It is a War Zone.
