Anchorage, AK Governor Palin is in Kosovo visiting Alaska Army National Guard aviators who are deployed for 12 months on a peacekeeping mission.
And here John F’n Kerry was wishing SHE was the one gone missing.
She’s more of a man than he is. Heck, she’s more of a man than 99% of them in Congress today, LOL!
Illegal war ping.
Bush’s illegal war in Kosovo... Oh, Bush didn’t invade Kosovo? Who did? Clinton? When did he do that? Why didn’t I hear about it? Why did we invade Kosovo? Did they have nukes? No, they didn’t? Chemical weapons? No? Oh, we sent troops in to stop the genocide? Who was killing who? The Christians were killing Muslims? Oh my, that’s sad. That’s tragic. That’s outrageous! Why were they doing that? The Muslims killed most of the Christians first? Umm... So why didn’t we stop the killing then? Oh, nobody cares when Christians get killed... I see. So how long have we been in Kosovo anyhow? Do we have an exit strategy?
So when is 0bama going to bring the troops home from Kosovo?
Has kerry ever visited troops, airmen or sailors from his home state of mass? Seriously doubt it. That’s above his pay grade.
Think it’s great she’s visiting her states troops. The visit comes about a month after Biden was in Kosovo and made a corny joke at Palin’s expense. See here:

I think that it's great that she's visiting her State's troops, too, but I hate that those troops are in Kosovo protecting land that we stole for the Albanians -- especially when the article goes on about the "sovereignty of Alaska" while we spit on the entire concept of sovereignty to create Kosovo as "a country".
If you can imagine Obama bombing Israel to take Jerusalem to give to the new State of Palestine and then Sarah Palin "visiting our troops" there, you'd get the emotional disconnect on this.
Good summary! ;)
Agreed.

Yeah, I agree, but it wasn’t Sarah’s fault. It was at least primarily the Clinton adminstration’s.

So what are you saying, Boka? That she shouldn’t have gone?
No, just that WE shouldn't have gone.
The American people were lied to about Kosovo. And that fact is never mentioned by any mainstream Republicans. And even worse, the article talks of "Alaska's sovereignty" in the exact spot that it denied Serbia's sovereignty. This allows the Democrats to call Kosovo "a successful intervention" which paves the way for more "successful Democratic interventions" that will eventually bankrupt us, morally and financially if it hasn't already.
If Sarah Palin ever wanted to break with John McCain publicly and show the world that she is nothing like him as Republican, Kosovo is the issue (and the place) to do it. The 1999 NATO Bombing of Yugoslavia over Kosovo was as much McCain's baby as it is the Democrats' and it is the issue that made him nationally known. McCain's IRI even installed the president of Serbia.
Kosovo is the perfect place and issue to kick the Democrats -- and McCain -- in the cojones, but no mainstream Republicans ever take the shot. I hoped that Sarah would be the one to do it, but .....
