Dear Governor Lingle,...I am hereby requesting, in the legal sense, “demanding” to know the factual eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama to serve as President of the United States under the provisions of Article II Section 1 of the Constitution of the United States of America. You have the ability to settle that matter once and for all by directing that the vault copy of Obama’s birth certificate be made available for forensic examination and public viewing.
It would seem common courtesy, much less satisfaction of Constitutional requirement for one to show proof of eligibility for the office of President. The requirement does not have to be translated into law, it is in the Constitution. But, Obama has denied access to his records including his birth records and you are enabling potentially the most egregious violation of the Constitution in U.S. History.

If Lingle broke lose while Obama was just a presidential candidate, released the real birth certificate which we are entitled to scruntinize (pertinent public info on a presidential candidate), there will not be a Constitutional crisis now.
I believe Lingle should be tried for treason, if it turns out later Obama was in fact not eligible. Lingle would not be able to use the excuse saying she kept it private so Hillary could not gain an advantage because she would otherwise win.
Next question is, if Obama got impeached based on ineligibility to serve as POTUS, would all the laws and executive orders he signed be undone, as in null and void?

Not the papertrail. That they are allowing people born in other countries to get a Hawaii birth certificate. It opens to the door to other types of id.

You bring up a good point...
but I question the recourse we have against this weakness in our security.
I doubt that Hawaii intentionally set up it’s records process for the purpose of opening this gateway... but nonetheless, it is there, and now it is a protected one.
I genuinely am curious about what other states allow this loophole... and I really do wonder (based on your point) how many terrorists have utilized the same loophole as Bama-Man.
I think we just have to find good people to elect and hold office. The number of crooks and thugs in office now should go and preferably without pensions.
