He gives some good suggestions on ways to lighten your tax burden.
I paid more in income taxes this past year than all my years of paying taxes combined. Sad part about it is, I know it's only gonna get worse.

Contest your property taxes when they send you the bill. Take pics of neighbors properties, show devaluation of their and your properties due the market, poor upkeep, neglect, damage etc etc ......I saved a bundle fighting the recent increases in my small town. Have yer ducks in a row and you can win that fight easily.
We claim on W4’s so we can take almost all of our pay and pay the taxes at the end of the year versus each pay day. I would rather max my 401k, Roth IRA and Tax Free Municipal Funds etc, risk losing a large portion of it there and lower my takes than give it outright to uncle sugar socialists . Look at tax free charities also . Promote conservative charities and keep the dollars you’d lose anyway from the socialist bank roll !
Also consider restoring an OLD 25 year old or better vehicle and licensing it as a classic or antique. We do. Tags, fees etc are 25% of a new rides costs for such. As well insurance is a lot lower. As well vehicles that are pre seat belt era and emissions era cost you less in the forms of fines and fees. I drive a clean little 55 4 door shoebox chevy to work . Insurance and upkeep etc is much less.
Get into itemizing your returns. If Uncle Sugar is going to force us to play his game , play it within his rules and better than he can........LEGALLY !!
Also when you shop looks at foods in the stores that are NOT taxed ! Most produce and foods that aren’t “instant” easy cook stuff !
Just my small efforts......sometimes I lose, sometimes I win.......:o)
Stay safe !
He’s got it backwards on control. Stratospheric taxes create a black market that avoids all government control.
Unintended consequences.
I’ve been listening to Jack’s podcasts since last year.
He does a lot of research and shares a lot of good ideas. He goes off on the occasional rant, but hey, in this day and age, who doesn’t! He’s well worth listening to. His bugout place is pretty close to me. Perhaps I’ll get meet him one of these days soon.
