We have reached critical mass, as citizens of the United States of America. The attacks are coming fast and furious from those in power. The Constitution is being shredded right before our eyes. Before we go any further, ask yourself one question: With all of the attorneys in the House and Senate, why is no one standing up and challenging the legality of the Presidents actions? As I pondered that one, my ears began to bleed and I could feel the onset of an aneurism. I never wrapped my mind around it completely, but I have no doubt that money and power have much to do with it. Let us examine just one aspect of B. Hussein Obamas Constitutional violations, the establishment of a shadow government.
A shadow government has been described as a government-in-waiting that remains in waiting with the intention of taking control of a government in response to some event. I submit that the creation and wide spread use of Czars is the formation of a shadow government, designed to usurp the Constitution, the Congress and the citizens of the United States of America.
What is a czar?

Because their treason is worse than his.
Same as my theory. It gives me nightmares.
I just got off the phone with (R, GA)Senator Saxby Chamblis' office, asking that very question. They said there is nothing they can do, that obama made sure what he was doing was legal. I begged to differ, saying that nationalizing private industry is unconstitutional. The phone guy replied: "That's not how he put it."
IOW, if the president dosen't call it nationalizing, it ain't. Kind of like Nixon saying 'If the president does it, it's not illegal.' After that call I feel completely screwed.

Thanks,
"Czars. . ? , . . We don't need no stinking Czars!"
Does anyone know who is PAYING these czars, and how much? I know it’s We The Taxpayers ultimately, but which bucket of goverment money are they dipping out of?
21 czars and each of them gave a substantial contribution to Obama’s campaign, including car czar Rattner at over $60,000.
Second: We are at a crossroads IMO. We and the USSC have allowed an unelected mullah (car czar) to usurp over a hundred years of contract law and steal the assets of “Secured Creditors” and give those assets to socialist political allies. Can anyone find in the US Constitution where the feds were given that power let alone that power given to a mullah?
Third: Again we are at a crossroad when we allow another unelected mullah to create an ex post facto law by dictating pay scales AFTER THE FACT to those companies that were, in some cases, forced into taking TARP funds.
There seems to be NOTHING we can do. Constitutional protections no longer exist. We have true taxation WITHOUT representation in these mullahs yet we do not act.
We can, in 2 years throw out EVERYONE who is up for reelection but in all honesty, given the blitzkrieg in the first 6 months I believe the damage done will be completely beyond repair. Yet we do nothing.
I write/call about once per week to my elected officials but have seen in the last 18 months a complete disconnect between my original message and the response. Their responses would seem to be nothing more that recycled campaign rhetoric. Yet we do nothing.
Ok, short of doing what Thomas Jefferson told us we might have to do, what can be done to stop this socialist/marxist blitzkrieg?
This is absolutely treasonous! I am copying this article to send around via my private email.
Thanks for finding this!
Very well stated!
Exceptional!
Using the term “czar” slanders the historical czars of Russia. I suggest a more accurate term for Obama’s czars would be “commissar”. Commissar more accurately reflects the Obama administration’s Bolshevik leanings.
“Using the term czar slanders the historical czars of Russia”
Yes, I agree with you on this. I have a special place in my heart for some of the Tsars of Russia, even though I am an American. The atmosphere of the time makes for good book writing.
Not one person this imbecilic POTUS has appointed is fit to wipe the boots of some of Russia’s Tsars!
The electoral system is rigged. We cannot exercise our sovereign powers anymore by voting.
Hope for change.
When a group or corporation is allowed to contribute huge amounts of cash then the individual citizen's voice is lost.
It is supposed to be “We the People” not we the unions or we the corporations or we the media.
The one and only thing we could do is for the next few elections cycles NEVER reelect anyone. We cannot allow them to build their power base.
I would like to see the right and left in this country get together to limit campaign contributions to ONLY individual US Citizens with a strict limit of maybe $2,000. If an individual gives any money to any party or person right now it is dwarfed by special interest groups many of which are not even in the USA.

Obama has moved swiftly to concentrate power in the White House, bypassing the review of our elected representatives in Congress in most of the posts listed above. Even though cabinet positions are part of the executive branch, the cabinet secretaries must be approved by Congress, they are funded by Congress, and they can be called before Congress to testify. Most of these czars, on the other hand, are appointed by Obama at his sole discretion, and are answerable only to him. If subpoenaed by Congress, they can claim executive privilege.
