"Thou Shalt Not Kill." This law was given to Moses by God as part of the Ten Commandments. Jesus Christ Himself said everyone should follow this law, Jew and Gentile alike. Indeed, one of Christ's most important messages was to love our neighbor, especially our enemies, and He told us to pray for those who do evil. Therefore, any Christian who tries to live a Christlike life, is obliged to adhere to these teachings.
However, in all honesty, when I first heard about the murder of Dr. George Tiller, at best, my reaction was ambivalence. What came to my mind was Tiller's murderer had damaged gains made by those who fight for the lives and rights of the innocent unborn. I thought about how pro-abortionists would paint the pro-life community with a broad brush of condemnation, essentially saying we are all right-wing fanatics and terrorists.
But the second thought which entered my mind concerned Tiller's thirty-five year career, while he performed over 60,000 late-term abortions. Before the death of Tiller, there were only three so-called physicians, including Tiller, who were willing to partake in this evil practice and that number has now been reduced by one. I won't apologize for thinking about the innocent tens of thousands of babies who faced death just before experiencing life.
Here is a description of how Tiller did his "work". A woman, according to Kansas law, could claim she needed an abortion because of "mental distress". Tiller, in order to perform one of these procedures would inject a saline solution into the mother's womb. This chemical cocktail would literally burn ...

Right on. If Charlie Manson got killed in the joint, I doubt anyone in the right mind would feel sorry for him.
There seems to be a lot of ‘real life’ programming these days. From talent shows to trading wives, to island survival. No one would dare consider showing what the ‘Doctor’ did every day. Humans, in general cannot stomach it.
Another will take Tillers place though, and another, and another...
And whether we like it or not, we are at war in this country, a war to protect the unborn. I am not condoning the actions of this assassin, but the killing of George Tiller, may have been a shot heard around the world.
Ummm. No. It was "Thou shalt not MURDER."
Sometimes you gotta "kill." To NOT do so when necessary is a sin. Such as, when someone physically threatens your life or those of your family. When innocent people are attacked. When someone COMMITS a murder and is tried and convicted, the death penalty applies, because one cannot ask a dead person for forgiveness.
ABORTION is MURDER.
Having said that, Tiller was not convicted of murder, although he died a murderer and is now judged. The perp did murder as well and should receive the death penalty for it.
Personally, after reading all the articles about this shooting and arrest, it sure looks like a setup coming so closely on the heels of the Notre Dame fiasco, and a REASON to go after pro-life activists, (or pro-life anyone,) for that matter.
I mean, what mental midget plans and executes a public murder in a church, and then gets himself arrested with a phone number in his vehicle that implicates a pro-life activist from Randall Terry's organization?
It doesn't make sense unless somone got to this guy. Crazy people can be induced to do crazy things.
You got that right.
That’s why MSM was caught off guard when Carrie Prejean did not go along with their program and spoke her mind.
MSM isn’t interested in unsexy reality.
Did Christ throw the money changers out of the temple?
Wasn’t his act one of physical violence?
I do not think the average American is losing sleep over Tiller’s murder. Most people no doubt find it tragic that the guy was gunned down like that, but also realize that this so-called doctor’s main line of work was killing babies, so, well, on a scale of “tragedies” this guy’s murder doesn’t come even close to his murdering countless children.
