Reality Check Alert!!!! O'Reilly Officially Sold Out to Obama Administration.
May 30,2009 | PRM

Lets be honest about Bill O'Reilly and his continued defense and refusal to criticize this president as he runs this country towards socialism. I always saw Bill O as an opportunist someone with an ego of the biggest order but after what he has displayed over the past twelve months he is nothing more than a traitor to this countries founding and to his viewers who rely on his show for the truth. A proponent of global warming (another name for the modern day socialist party) and someone who feels free to show his audience the outrages pictures of half naked women on stories irrelevant to the news of the day this man has become a kiss up to the left. The definition of fair when referring to his show as fair and balanced has become synonymous with its use in liberal terms like the fairness doctrine. Can you all remember how Bill cow tailed to Obama for an interview for months before the election then in a last minute interview he gave the messiah what he wanted there interview to be shown the hour before McCain's speech to the nation to accept the republican nomination. How convenient right then and there he had signed on as an opportunist to his movement. Have you ever noticed that he is always making excuses for this president no matter how obvious it is that this is the most controlling and far left reaching administration in the history of this nation. How about his attacks on what he deems far right conservative talk radio months ago? The other day on Glenn Beck's show saying that the connection between Obama and Acorn is conspiratory and that George Bush I am paraphrasing one of the most right wing presidents ever began all this government spending. Excuse me!!!! Anyone with half a brain knows that GW was one of the most fiscally liberal republican presidents in our history. Bill your bloviating thats an oxymoronic comment.(How can you spend that much and be one of the most conservative presidents?) By making a statement like that to throw off the viewers on how irresponsible this administration has been and will be is breathtakingly dishonest.Let alone Obama has now tripled the budget deficit in just the first hundred days taking over private industry, personally fired CEO's, intimidated bond holders from there contractual rights, forcing national healthcare, promoting carbon tax, apologizing for this country and its people around the world etc..... Oreilly has sold out and now attacks conservative blogs and free speech as he has done to conservative radio in the past.Bill has taken the Acorn story and watered it down by putting a protective spin on it any one with access to utube can see Obama's ties to this group let alone the billions of dollars that have been appropriated for them in the porkulus bill. On a side note I have to admit I am very disappointed at Glenn Beck's performance the other night with O'Reilly clearly Bill has taken him under his wing. But for a moment there I could see Glenn not speaking from the heart and held back what he wanted to say about Obama and his ties to Acorn while Bill O was as usual was muddying up the waters for the chosen one. Glen its time to decide do want to be an entertainer or a patriot? I find that many times you blame both sides which is understandable but at the same time you refuse to talk directly to Obama like many others do on talk radio. If your passion for this countries founding is truly authentic then let go of the Bill O formula of your principles being hostage to what the political winds of the day are telling you and inform them on what's really going on its a duty which you claim to have accepted. You tell people that they have to be ready to lose everything that this nation is under such an assault it time now to speak directly towards Obama and his policies and cut out the generalities or at the very least announce before every television and radio show that this program is for entertainment only. You owe the American people that much I would think. All patriots out there don't be discourages there are millions of us and we don't need Billy O and his double speak to throw us off the impending danger that this country faces. He has sold out there is no question he will have to live with himself but we shall move on and continue to speak from our hearts and soul to call out people who wish to fill there own coffers while this country is under constant assault by this reckless government. God Bless America

Please check your formatting. All of your posts have no paragraphs. This one is nearly unreadable.

I have not listened to bo for at least a year. I thought I might try again last night, but when he started criticizing Rush, off my tv went.

Format fixed. As for the content, I don't find Bill O worthwhile enough to have watched recently.

I am growing weary of his “give him the benefit of the doubt” stance which has been his mantra since the election. He’s been a staple in our home at 5 pm in CA and now at 8 pm in GA but I don’t think that’s going to last much longer.

He goes on tirades against the writers of emails he reads on the air that castigate him for not taking “a stand”, remarking that it’s not his place to make judgments. He will do this at the same time he’s taking GE’s Immelt apart. He needs to figure out when he can judge and when he cannot.

I have no idea why he is pushing to have the books opened up of a subsidiary of ACORN instead of ACORN’s books themselves. ACORN is where the money is flowing and he’s hung up on something on down the line from there.

I don’t know what his problem is but I feel that he’s not being loyal to the people who view his show. I know I’m yelling at him more than I ever needed to before. His comment this week about FR being an extreme right wing website was inexcusable. He wants to compare FR to the FAR left wing and it can’t be done.

As he would say - Am I right? - Am I wrong? - Where did I go wrong? What’s with the fishing for compliments? They have to be compliments as he will not accept contrary opinions.

I’m disappointed!

I am still not entirely sure that O’Reilly has “officially” sold out to the Barry Administration, but there are definate times when I believe that he has or is drinking a little too much of Barry’s spiked kool-aid. I had and have noticed this ‘change’ in O’Reilly ever since his interview with Barry. Irony or ‘fair and balanced’?

Just in case O’Reilly pings this thread, this perspective is coming from someone that regularly watches the Factor, you know,Mr. O’Reilly, one of those habitual observers that helped make the Factor as highly rated as it is.

“His comment this week about FR being an extreme right wing website was inexcusable.”

I heard him say that, I was thinking, “Olbermann called us ‘lunatic fringe’ and JanNap calls alternative media ‘extremist’. I have noticed some UGLY things said on our forums but of the 300,000 FReepers, there’s no way to know how many are trolls, or how many viewers O’Reilly might lose because of this statement.

The more I listen to Mr. “O”, the more I hear a dodge and weave coming out of him when he speaks about the administration. He is doing a good job on ACORN but overall, give me Glen Beck. He is not afraid to go for the throat!

When the O'Reilly Factor first aired it seemed a breath of fresh air compared to the MSM, and it remains so.

However O'Reilly has not grown. He sometimes makes moronic comments on the issues. For instance I have heard him more than once wrap-up a discussion on anthropogenic global warming (a topic on which he straddles the fence) with a statement along the lines that he is for clean air and clean water. "Nothing wrong with that," he opines. And this was before the enviro-nuts at the EPA started with their "CO2 as pollutant" propaganda.

My sentiments exactly.

If posters will not take the time to organize their thoughts, I will not take the time to read them.

I tried that approach as a college instructor (20 years ago), but was castigated by the department head.

I've ignored Bill 0 since he first slammed FreeRepublic as a 'hate site'.

Bill0bama can both go... well, away.

If Fox is going to keep the chameleon, then give his prime spot to Hannity as well as the recast 3 hours later.

I’d like to see Glenn Beck in the 8PM slot. And I’d hope GB would speak out clearly about the failed polices of this administration.

I've been analyzing O'Reilly's lunacy in my series on his bloviating every night this week. It's called "From the O'Reilly Abode -The Middle of the Road".

Last night's show was no exception to his constant excuses and covering up for Obama. He actually stated that Obama had nothing to do with Eric Holder's dropping the charges against the Black Panthers in spite of overwhelming evidence to the contrary including a video.

I think even the most dense observer knows that Holder wouldn't blow his nose before getting approval from his boss on this powder keg of a racial issue.

The night before, the Bloviator actually stated he "didn't think that Obama was a far-left guy".

Your post was spot on, Steel. Mr. Bill usually sits ON the fence, but also jumps to either side when he thinks he's reading his audience and what position he will take to maintain his ratings. He has no roots in a consistant ideology.

Glenn Beck doesn't need O'Reilly or anyone now he's established. I hate when he's on the Factor and plays the buffoon inferior Lou Costello to BOR's arrogantly superior Bud Abbott.
