This ass was talking to Armanda Carpenter- a nice sweetheart and intelligent correspondent for The Washington Times and appeared to call Free Republic a “gross” website or he may have been referring to just a single posting. He was comparing Free Republic to Daily Kos and Think Progress.

O’Reilly tells his listening public for the 100th time he’s from Harvard. But he actually attended the least prestigious of Harvard’s 101 schools and one of relatively modern vintage-Harvard School of Journalism and there too for a 1-2 year post graduate stint. He suffers from an inferiority complex and goes for the objective middle ground so that he appears “reasonable” and every one else like Ann Coulter are on the right wing fringe.

O’Reilly is a useful idiot when he goes after the Gay Mafia, ACORN and ACLU. But he is otherwise a mushy middle-of-the roader.

I remember reading the post O’Reily quoted. He had to dig around to find something like that. It was well out of line from anything else that was said on all the many posts on FR. Makes me wonder if he isn't exaggerating the tone on the lefty sites.
