I wanna see the FED squeel and try to violate the constitution even more.

The word is "squeal".

And would Beck cry during all this?

OMG! Do you realize the ramifications if this cascades over into other states! I saw this today on Beck & about jumped out of my seat!

Things may be looking up! I’m going to check with my state legislature and see how they are going to stand on it.

This is great! Finally, something being done to stop this admin madness...

Cry about what?

Hell if I know, he's sure sad about something.

Maybe someone told him his holy-roller rants are unpopular.

This just returns us to a 10th Ammendment country, which is the way it is supposed to work anyway. It just resets the balance of power so that we have a lower center of gravity, and the feds are forced to mind their own business constitutionally speaking. Its the best thing that could ever happen. No more unfunded mandates.

That seems to sum it up nicely. I like that description—a lower center of gravity.

Does anyone know specifically the case Napolitano is referring to and WHEN THE SUPREMES ARE HEARING IT??

This would be amazing, especially since the judge thinks the old court decision will be overturned.

As far as Glenn crying,... we’ll all be crying and weeping if BO and Reid and Soros and Pelosi do what they want to do. Glenn is a voice for our cause, could be offer a little encouragement?

Glenn is passionate about America. I prefer that passsion to the game of numbers our elected officials play with our country.

I just saw that Tennessee is now drafting a similar bill.

A portion of his 17B in spending cuts is half of the funding for the families of fallen and wounded police officers. Keep this in mind when learning that he wants to appropriate 7B to bring high speed internet connections to every household in the country. He deficates on our military and now the police. He had better get his brown shirt brigades together very fast because the backlash is coming faster.

Well, we’ve got a bozo in our State Capitol so I’m not going to hold my breath for our state.

Thanks!

But while it was missing, you will note that I did not cry over it's loss.

Well said. I see Odumbo as plastic and cold and Glen is a 180 from him and some people can not handle it. I think more sincerity is needed and not less. Glen is popular and will continue to be so to those who are passionate about the Constitution.

“I just saw that Tennessee is now drafting a similar bill.”

Good news. Do you have a link?

The states have been grovelling before D.C. since the administration of King Lincoln. Way past time to start asserting some kind of sovereignty.

Absolutely! I’ll take genuine passion over manufactured “concern” any day of the week. I’m a Glenn Beck neophyte, but I like his style. The haters can keep on hatin’.

"Well, we’ve got a bozo in our State Capitol so I’m not going to hold my breath for our state."

Clowns sometimes get it right also. Take a few moments and contact your State Reps and Senators. get links to the stories on how these laws are being enacted.

Pressure sometimes can do wonders!

Too many in Washington on both sides of the aisle who wrap themselves in the flag and sell America out at every opportunity.

If they had been around during the revolution they would have wanted to work with the british to get the best deal for themselves.
