This just returns us to a 10th Ammendment country, which is the way it is supposed to work anyway. It just resets the balance of power so that we have a lower center of gravity, and the feds are forced to mind their own business constitutionally speaking. Its the best thing that could ever happen. No more unfunded mandates.
That seems to sum it up nicely. I like that description—a lower center of gravity.
