Victory! Because of your calls, the House Judiciary Committee has agreed to hold a hearing on hate crimes bill, H.R.1913!
The original plan of the chair of the committee, Representative John Conyers, was to move this bill quietly out of the committee without a hearing, then on to the full House and get it passed with as little fan fare as possible. The hearing is scheduled for 10:15 AM Wednesday of this week.
Call the judiciary committee members and tell them to vote NO on hate crimes. For a list see the link below.
Nations where these kinds of "hate laws" have been passed have resulted in the loss of religious liberty and...

“Hate Speech” is a double edged sword.
More like a razor held at your throat by a Leftist.
I hit a homo because they get in my face and start pushing me
I get 5 years nick
they hit me for no reason but because I am against them and they get a warning
yea these hate crime bills are really fair, so fair they’re like affirmative action
to think MLK said he wanted a color blind country, seems the loony left have forgot about that
So it will be against the law to hate someone and say it out loud. Isn’t that special!

That’s because the leftists define what is hate speech.
i.e. me calling Obama socialist thug - racist hate speech
Jesse Jackson calling NYC “Hymietown” - protected speech
just one small battle, though
It will be interesting to see if States can pass laws criminalizing “instigation” of hate crimes. As an example, if a black person and a white person fight, the black person is free to scream racial epithets at the white person without fear of being prosecuted for a hate crime.
In short, such prosecutions are refused. However, if *in response* to racial epithets thrown at him, the white person responds in kind, then they most certainly will be prosecuted for a “hate crime”.
Since there is inherent and hypocritical injustice at the federal level, then can States create a “hate crimes instigation” law? That is, in this case, the black person would *not* be prosecuted for a hate crime per se, but would be prosecuted for instigating, or causing to happen, a hate crime.
This is legally interesting, and might be looked at in the same light as when an armed robbery takes place and someone is killed, *all* of the armed robbers, not just the trigger man, can be charged with murder, even if it is one of the robbers who is killed.
So the black person could receive just as much criminal time for creating a hate crime, as the white person would serve for committing the hate crime.
And thus fairness and balance would be restored to the legal system.
This cup of poison has passed us by for now. Of course, the Leftists won’t give up on their desire. This isn’t about victims - it’s about making it possible to prosecute and ruin those who would speak truth about the scourge of homosexuality.
Now the question is when does the committee vote on it?
and Islam, I’m sure.
How will this bill relate to our future tea parties? I mean, the signs at the tea parties?
Wait a monment .............. What about the raw hatetred being exhibited by the gay community and the MSM toward Miss California right now?
This is a battle that must be fought unless you want homos intruding on every aspect of your life.
My contention is they are practicing hate speech.
The RATS were going to use treachery and deception to pass the bil.
It is not hate crimes it is making some people more equal than others and it is designed to stifle dissent and a tool of political terrorism against people who do not agree with you.
I agree. I like the Bill of Rights as originally written.
