Truman (I think) had a sign on his desk saying “The buck stops here”. Obama has a sign on his desk saying “Juden Raus!”.
Bambi hates European-descended Americans, actual Europeans, and Israel - because the latter is the only ME state that can still be said to be based on European political culture. There was a heavy Marxist/Socialist influence on the founders of modern Israel, but even that is based on European Greco-Roman Judeo-Christian thought. This is what Obama has against Israel.
I think it was Rush who said that EVERYTHING Obama says has an expiration date. So far he has been proven correct.
There is a blessing and a curse regarding support of Israel.
Indifference? Indifference? I don't think it's precisely that.
Unfortunately, you are on your own. Fortunately, you are Israel, and any nation/entity dumb enough to tangle with you will pay the price.
At least your word is worth more than the paper it's written on, unlike our President....
One of the things that I found so disturbing during the election was that Obama didn’t have to say anything behind the most trivial generalities - such that nobody really knew what this completely inexperienced come-from-nowhere radical actually believed about anything.
Now we’re finding out.
Juden raus - “Jews out!” I think we will come to find in Obama the most Antisemitic president in American history, bar none.
I will continue praying for the innocents in Israel, but I hope to see a change in their world view. With an anti-semitic bigot in our White House, Israel's security will only be guarded by Israel. The IDF needs to say, "let's roll" and take care of Iran's nuclear program, before the West's delays turn into a deadly mistake. It should be obvious that Obama is not going to do it for them, even though that would be in our national interest.
Nothing will ever change. We will have an endless war against liberal and Islamist fascism. Don’t get your hopes up.
I don’t either. But I don’t want to accuse Obama of being more than he has already distinctly revealed himself as being.
That pic of Obama bowing deeply to the Saudi king is a pretty good find. I’ll have to copy that for some future reference.
I have asked every Jew that voted for Obama what they were thinking and all they keep telling me is that Obama is pro Israel, he has Rahm as his Chief of Staff.
I think it's time to learn what it's like to live in a cursed country. Part of Obama's "No, no, no! Not God bless America! God damn America!"
PM Netanyahu just gave Obama an ultimatum: Deal with Iran’s nuclear program or we will.
This is exactly what he indicated during the campaign, yet all those Jews in New York and Florida (and all points in between) enthusiastically supported and voted for "the one". All I can do is shake my head and wonder.
At least they’ve got Bibi.
I read an article that was pretty interesting. It talked about American liberal Jews and their feelings for the state of Israel. And what it said was that most liberal Jews have NO positive feelings toward Israel, but look upon it as an embarrassment.
Evangelical Christians are FAR better friends to Israel than American Jews, unfortunately (I say 'unfortunately' because people should look out for their own).
The staff hated their guts. No special reason. But in private they would just spit out the epithet "Israeli!" when a group was about to come through.
It may actually work out to be better for Israel, to have an American President finally who seems to be taking the first steps towards “disengagement”. It will only work in Israel’s favor when and if it has to come to grips with a palpably real and immediate threat from Iran or any combination of “allies” Iran might muster. It will be quite a sight to see Israel taking care of itself, while the pathetic excuse for a President lays back and tries, tries real hard to make himself look like he cares (or doesn’t care) about the outcome, one way or another. It will be MANIFEST just who and what he is, and how his Administration breaks the continuity that has been there from the beginning, even if “grudgingly”.
