Hannity was weak in this discourse.. He allowed Donohue to spout lies and get away with it.. Course Donohue believes the lies.. but they are still lies.. Donohue compounds lies which overwhelmed Hannity..

Very weak performance.. by Hannity..

Reese Hopkins handed Donahue his hat on WRKO last year.

Why Sean had this puke on his show, I’ll never know.

Just another pantload from that old anti-war, libtard Phil Donahue... I cheered when he left the tube.

I’m sorry, but I couldn’t care less what that old fossil Phil Donahue has to say. Wasted air.

It was horrifying

Poor poor Margo

No kidding! Donahue: “ I can’t take my eyes off Malia and Sasha, they are so beautiful.” ...scary stuff.

Marlo. Marlo “That Girl” Thomas is Donahue’s wifey (he left wife numero uno—mother of five or six Donahues—for That Girl...just an FYI).

Hannity is well meaning and tries to be respectful; I think he just couldn’t smack down someone so frail. I think it started out as a good idea (remembering the PD of the 80s) and then this old man showed up. Yikes...prep better Hannity peeps

Hannity isn’t much of an intellectual, that’s why he often gets shown up in forums like this one. He doesn’t have Mark Levin’s formal eduction, intelligence, and experience; nor does Hannity have the insight and wisdom Rush has. It’s too easy to bait Hannity into arguing from a weak position because he’s too transfixed on his own Talking Points. He spends too much time arguing on the grounds of his opponent, thereby implicitly accepting their premises, and he therefore comes off looking frustrated. He only concentrates on what he wants to say - which is too often trying prove the others guy’s case is wrong. He attacks his opponents point of view rather than intelligently and cleverly advocating his own position, other than the Conservative Conventional Wisdom. Which any one of us could do. Sean spends way too much time trying to “change” his opponents, or change their point of view. Which is pointless.

He’s an intellectual lightweight, despite his general good natured personality. And he’s better for TV than Radio. His looks get him through TV. But his radio show is missing that “Theater of the Mind” element that Rush, Levin, and even Laura Ingraham do far better. Sean, on radio, all too often sounds like he’s just reading copy.

Yep- MARLO

Did you get the impression Phil was....mentally “off”

I mean beyond the point of being flaming liberal, but... nutty as a fruitcake?

Yes. Off mentally (early Alzheimers/dementia) and physically...he looked frail to me. That is why I give Sean the benefit of the doubt...he just didn’t want to beat up an old man.

Donahue (to me) looks like Art Rooney (but without the NFL franchise and Ambassadorship). The white hair; the glassey eyes behind the glasses; the fraility. I think someone on Hannity’s staff booked Phil sight unseen...then, surprise!!!

Donahue: “This man’s smile ALONE could save us...” talking about Obama. He didn’t say it in any offhanded, humorous way either. He said it as a true believer in any cult would describe their leader.

I literally said out loud “WHAT?” when he said that. I can’t believe the absolute blindness on the part of Obama supporters. This nation still has more to sink before we start going up again.

You know what, you’re absolutely right. I never thought I’d see a manifestation of that particular verse in reality though. It’s chilling.
