Maybe Obama signed the Prime Minister up for the Columbia House DVD club....now the Prime Minister will receive one DVD a month and if he doesn’t return it will be charged $29.99 for it....

I have not heard anyone address this point yet - copyrighted DVDs have a region code that prevents them from being played on DVDs outside their region. The US code is "1" while in the UK it is "2".
Obama's "gift" won't even work on Prime Minister Brown's DVD player!

Prime Minister Brown has already “donated” the DVD’s to charity. He should have sent them back to amazon.com and had the check forwarded to the Obamas with a message saying, “you must need the money more than we do”...

I think it was far worse to return the bust of Churchill!...What a discrace! They could have moved it or stored it but to give it back????? What an insult and very low class!

No excuse for this. The protocol and customs for this sort of thing is long established, and there are plenty of bureaucrats around who know what should be done. Or maybe this was all deliberate a deliberate slight as some have suggested.
