EXCERPT:
British Prime Minister Brown wanted to make a good first impression in his first meeting with President Obama. So he gave him an ornamental penholder hand-carved from the timbers of a Victorian anti-slave ship once called the HMS President.
President Obama reciprocated by giving Brown a handful of DVDs. Seriously. President Obama gave the prime minister of our closest ally, a nation that reveres the special relationship between our two countries, a bunch of DVDs.

Maybe El Rushbo will step up.
Have you seen Boyz in the Hood? It’s pretty good.
Now that’s funny!
well..actually..maybe not..could start War of 1812 Part Deux
LMAO!!! I'd pay money to watch Gordon's reaction while viewing the good reverend's box set. The PM would probably raise an eyebrow and say something like "Bloody Hell?! Have they checked that fellow for rabies? Good lord."
Remember, Brown openly endorsed Hussein last year and urged Americans to vote for him in order to repair our relationship with the world. I have no sympathy for Brown. Serves him right for supporting the empty suit marxist.
People should have figured out Pres.Obama was lacking in the social graces during the primaries and the fall campaign by the way he treated Sen.McCain And Sen.(now Sec.State)Clinton.And whoever told him dvds are a good diplomatic gift, should be flogged with a shrimp fork.
He's saving that gift for the queen.
“He’s saving that gift for the queen.”
You might be right. What a class act we have in the White House.
I'm embarrassed too.
If you research some of the gifts given on both sides of the Atlantic, you’d be surprised by some of them.
