Here is video from last night's Larry King Live where Larry talked to a roundtable of political pundits about Rush Limbaugh and other issues. Liberal talk radio host Stephanie Miller at one point said she thought the comments of Rush Limbaugh wanting Obama to fail are treasonous and that he should be executed! Now, I think she said it somewhat in jest, but just imagine how Larry King would have reacted had a conservative said that about anyone on the Left. Larry King said not a word to Miller about her comment. See for yourself - she makes the comment at around the 1:15 mark in the video. The senile King is scarcely able to sit up in his chair, so expecting him to respond to her death threat is too much to ask. The battery in his double hearing aids was probably low.
But impaired as he is, he still makes better sense than Rick Sanchez, the grinning Hispanic fool, and the drunk, Jack Cafferty.
CNN is a pitiful joke.
If Obama consolidates power, it will happen, and Rush will be the first of many. We must vote the socialist failure out in 2012 ... if The One deigns to permit another election.
Question to Roundtable at CNN: Who has the larger audience?
This is not a fair interpretation outside of the context Stephanie Miller meant it in. Her words were “IF I WANTED TO SAY SOMETHING TO GET ATTENTION....how about we execute Rush Limabaugh for treason?”
Now, the meaning is obvious: “Look, I can make a stupid comment too and have everyone harping about it, just like Rush!” And to an great, almost complete extent, her point has been proven because not a few bloggers have taken the remark out of context and done exactly as she predicted. Other than show that she has no idea what the word “treason” means, either in a literal or figurative sense, she was right on the money and these bloggers look like major dopuses.
What is all the commotion about?

What happens if you remove the word Rush, and insert Obama into it? Considered a hate crime?

Calling for the execution of a citizen is bad enough but to accuse him of treason as well. This is not only beyond the pale, it is despicable and outright dangerous.
Rush should sue but he won’t.
Just what is holding this country together? Compared to 1861, we should have been at each others throats by now.....

That's because it would never of gotten this far in 1861. In 1861 there would have been a LOT of people and politicians wearing tar and feathers and a few swinging from lampposts
How do you define "work"? See China. It works just fine for the elites in the politburo. Who is bankrupt, China or us?
I'd bet your idea of "work" is very far indeed from Obama's. The point is, it ALWAYS works until patriots rise up and STOP it.

Stephanie Miller is certainly not a chip off the old block. Her father, Rep. William Miller (R-NY) served for a time as the GOP’s National Chairman and ran against Senator Hubert Humphrey (D-Minn.) for vice president in 1964.
