FORT PIERCE, Fla. - Authorities say a Florida woman called 911 three times after McDonald's employees told her they were out of Chicken McNuggets. According to a police report, 27-year-old Fort Pierce resident Latreasa L. Goodman told authorities she paid for a 10-piece last week but was later informed the restaurant had run out. She says employees refused to give her a refund, saying all sales were final. A cashier told police she offered Goodman a larger portion of different food for the same price, but Goodman became irate.

Don’t tell me, let me guess.
My suspicion is that she helped put Obama over the top in Florida.
She over-reacted, but the McDonalds took her money, didn’t have what she ordered, then wouldn’t give her her money back?
That’s theft.

The first name usually gives it away...
Whereas she should have never called 911, why didn’t McDonald’s just issue a refund? I’m certain if she asked to speak to the manager, he would have gladly refunded her the money. Talk about overreacting.

that makes too much common sense for her.

Forget it Jake, it’s Flori-duh...
Any normal rational thinking person would have not lost their cool and handled it a completely different way, without having to call 911.
You know if you are arrested on 2/09/09 for possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana it is not a good idea to bring attention to yourself with bogus 911 calls. Just saying.
I had the wrong date she was arrested on 2/05/09. That was not her onlyh arrest, she is no stranger to the court system here in St. Lucie County.
Sometimes it is impossible to be cool and rational with them. I don’t blame someone for being really frustrated and going nuts.
I was there and they got my order wrong and charged me the wrong price on my card. I told the lady and she attempted to fix it and ran my card a second time. Then argued with me saying i should be the one to have to pay for it then they ran out of cream for the iced coffee so they decided to put several containers of the breakfast butter in it. If something like that catches you on a bad day you just go insane.
