Any normal rational thinking person would have not lost their cool and handled it a completely different way, without having to call 911.

Sometimes it is impossible to be cool and rational with them. I don’t blame someone for being really frustrated and going nuts.

I was there and they got my order wrong and charged me the wrong price on my card. I told the lady and she attempted to fix it and ran my card a second time. Then argued with me saying i should be the one to have to pay for it then they ran out of cream for the iced coffee so they decided to put several containers of the breakfast butter in it. If something like that catches you on a bad day you just go insane.

Probably. Theft is theft.

If someone walked up and stole your wallet — even if it had $2.50 in it, it would be the same crime.
