How much of that trillion dollar stimulus package is going toward Michelle’s wardrobe?

During the presidential campaign the media said Michelle Obama was just an average gal who found her neat, but inexpensive wardrobe by picking through the racks at Target like any other working mom.

But after the election was over, the truth came out. Michelle dumped Target in less time than it took Barack to dump tax-dodgin’ Tom Daschle.

The latest issue of Vogue features the new first lady on the cover and in a photo spread modeling a black dress by Narciso Rodriguez and a magenta dress by Jason Woo (who also designed her inaugural ball gown). All the outfits would have been taboo before November 5.

“I’m not going to pretend that I don’t care about it,” the First Lady said. “But I also have to be very practical. In the end, someone will always not like what you wear — people just have different tastes.”

Now we understand why Juan Williams caught so much flak for calling her “Stokely Carmichael in a dress.” He should have said, “Stokely Carmichael in a Jason Woo.”

When Michelle showed up on the The View before the election and all the girls praised her for shopping at Target (this is while Sarah Palin was being criticized for the wardrobe the campaign had to buy her since her nicest item of clothing was her hunting jacket) it made me sick, as it was so transparent.

But liberals are ENTITLED to spend your money on their luxury items. Don’t you see the difference? (Do I really need a sarcasm tag here?)

I’m starting to feel sorry for Michelle. She is so unaware of fashion do’s and don’ts. She wears a print dress to church in winter, brocade outfits during the day, puts a black dress on her daughter, and doesn’t even know how to pick up her train when she dances. Didn’t her mother ever teach her anything? Do her fashion advisors hate her?

When the editor of Vogue starts talking through clenched teeth about innovative and refreshing style sense, Michelle has to know she’s in trouble. Hopefully the staff at Vogue will give her some advice.

I watched the video. They must have shaved off some inches in those photos. No way Michelle My Belle looks that thin in real life. The black widow spider dress is proof of her real shape.
