If the entire nation was moving toward socialism, there would be no Boston Tea Party 2.0 on our horizon. But the entire nation isn't moving toward socialism, only our government leadership and the puppets in Hollywood have embraced it with their own version of paganism. The soul of this country is not dead. It has been critically watching and wondering what, when and where the government would finally go so far that the only natural response of it's citizens would be some form of revolt. HR45 was introduced to Congress, an incredibly radical bill forcing all guns in the entire United States to be registered with the government by their owner.

Within the last 6 months BOTH of my sons have seen the light and armed themselves.
That’s a pretty great idea. But I suspect, like most people who know a butt from a barrel, who don’t think firearms possess malevolent wills of their own, but rather are powerful, Constitutionally endorsed, inanimate tools, handy for preventing tyranny, I’ll have to work, and maybe that’s how this has all gotten so bad in the first place.
But speaking of work I gotta get back to it.
I’m in. I thought the 14th outlawed slavery, and forcing men to work through June before they can take home a penny of their just remuneration, is that anything but slavery?

That's completely ridiculous. The people have embraced it and are in fact the clowns that enabled the legislatures to become bastions of socialism. Socialism was established across the land by the people, not by a few, but by a majority. The crowning touch was the anointing of the messiah.
Call me a wimp/wuss if you’d like. But, who here has the ability to risk audits, garnishment or jail time for a tax-revolt? I am not against such action, I just think too many of us are involved in our businesses and could never withstand the assault from the IRS thugs for very long. Hey, if you’ve got an idea on how we could pull off such a revolt I’m listening. I just think the government will make examples out of as many people as they can and squash it.
I'm pretty sure I laid out my ideas on how to implement a nationwide tax revolt in my last post to you.
Not every American will be able to muster the courage to participate in a large-scale revolt, even if they know that they're protected by the sheer size of it. I understand that, and can respect anyone's decision, either way.
At this point, someone's got to do something to stop all the madness. Some will step up to the plate, and some will simply benefit from the courageous defiance of their neighbors.
Until we've made an impact on the treason occurring before our eyes, I'm only interested in talking about getting things done. Debating season is well over.
You've pegged it. The income tax is nothing more than enforced participation in a Socialist government system of income redistribution.
As heinous as that institution is, it's not the impetus for the tax revolt. We're about to lose our constitutional republic at the hands of a bunch of thieving Socialists/Marxists - this is why we must do this.
Like a great many others here, I don't know what else we can do, to affect what's going on in Washington.
The calls to Congressional offices have been running 100 to 1 against the Porkulus bill, but our "representatives" are pushing it through anyway.
What on earth are we supposed to do to stop this, when millions of calls, faxes and letters opposing it don't work?
What's occurring in Washington now, is what happens in non-representative forms of government. It's not supposed to happen here, but it's going on before our unbelieving eyes.

However, that type of “dump it all strike” is impractical.
The better solution is a short term strike as a protest of the Nations headlong rush towards Socialism.
This concept is simply a work stoppage by the nation's business owners and entrepreneurs.
They can't Tax what YOU don't earn!!
It begins as a one day event to get people's attention.
And it gets longer – a week, a month and so on.
Consider this: The Socialists are going to take it from you anyways, why make it easy for them?
Uncooperate. If you’ve been used to earning $100,000 annually in your business, cut that in half and discipline yourself to live on less. You’re probably giving half of it already to Obama and Crew in order to help support Obama’s supporters. Of course, we have to help pay for the public services that we use - roads, etc., but darn if I’m not tired of helping support “single mothers” who think that the food stamps and disability they’re drawing from the “Gubmint” were bought with money from the tooth fairy (in payment for MY teeth). Take as many exemptions as you possibly can legally. Find legal loopholes; choose where you want to give charitably. If they want to spread the misery out to us, then I’ll for darn sure make sure their cronies and “supporters” are as hand to mouth as Obama wants to make me. I’ll shrug and uncooperate.
Certainly it would be easy to file extensions and jack up W-4 exemptions the second half of the first year.
I have written my state rep - no response and he’s a PUB. They are not listening; they’re too busy sucking up to the guys with the money.
GOVERNMENT DOESN’T CARE. Once we get that through our brains, the action will come. It does not need to be field armies; it only needs one person to stand up and say I REFUSE.
My God. I sound like the hippies of my youth, only we believe in Liberty and they believed in Dope. I like our chances a lot more.

Slavery was reintroduced by everyone’s favorite Past President: Woodrow Wilson: In 1913 He helped (or his ‘allies’ did) secure the passage of the 16th Amendment, and The Federal Reserve Act (shortly followed by the 17th).
As we all know here, this has absolutely nothing to do with crime. It has everything to do with control. After they control us and our guns, the mass round ups into concentration camps will begin.
