I am a retired (25) police officer and spent 26 years in the United States Air force as a MSGT in charge of Training for the 482 Security Police Squadron.
Was in Vietnam and also served in the Gulf War. For the last year I have been watching this site on a daily basis not believing that Barack Hussein Obama has become our president.
I coach a High School softball team and everyone of my players had to produce a birth certificate to be eligible to play through the state. I hate to say this, but we in a total crisis and something will happen if this man is allowed to continue to lead this once proud nation.
I have never posted before but know many FBI, Secret Service Agents, CIA and many other Federal Agents who have told me they are not to discuss this issue about Obama or they will be terminated from employment. We all need to take a step back and pray that something will come out on all of these lawsuits.
I spoke to the Supreme Court Justice in my state who advised that the US Supreme Court have been ordered to throw out any case that deal with the fraud President elect. May God Help us All (Emphasis added and typos corrected) Obama's covered all the bases. Almost all.

the Canons of Judicial conduct, which demand there be
no appearance of impropriety, and a natural born
citizen in the White House..
They met with the litigant before their deepsixing
the Pet. Cert. and the Constitution they swore

If your concerned about the Obamaination not being an American Citizen. even though his mother was a natural born American Citizen, then you have to figure that this is still in the works, or has been thrown out by the court.
I do believe there are still cases out there. Some of the cases that have been unceremoniously dumped by the court were prepared badly.

He obviously did not feel the “need” to—why do you think Obama “did”?

In stead of trying to beat this dead horse, I suggest you do all you can to make sure that in 2010 there is a solid majority in both houses of congress and in 2012 make sure that this Hussein turd is unceremoniously voted out.
If perchance the administration goes too far (which looks quite possible each day), I suggest you get your state to secede....

That said, you concern yourself with legalisms too much. Even a Supreme Court Justice would pay attention upon being told that a certain decision would trigger riots where his safety, and the safety of everyone he cares about, could not be guaranteed.

I am confident he has a weakness somewhere, we need to find it, exploit it, defeat it and ultimately educate others for our future generations of how to defend against it.
If we do not act we are giving our sons and daughters a society that will cripple them, they will be pawns to a shackled society.
Or are we just going to quit and take it out on our family?
Its already happening, complete families gone because they were not capable of standing up and saying NO.
What happened in LA is just a preview of things to come, there is always an alternative.
They got the divorce degree. They have both decrees from both marriages.
Isn’t it true Obama requested and convened a meeting with the justices earlier in the week? The fact Obama is a defendant in a case to be tried by these same justices, is cause for suspicion of the worst kind of tampering with the judicial system. And, the fact that the meeting was ex parte further adds to the suspicion. Transparency, my ass.
Likewise, even a Supreme Court would realize that ruling Obama a non citizen would toss the country into chaos.
Why else would not the little zer0 have to produce proof of his birth place?
One thing is for sure anymore. WE THE PEOPLE have no protection from a totally corrupt and greedy government.
Their idea all along was to usher in this fraud to destroy us.
They have swiped our savings and will continue to raid what is left of it, take away our freedom and leave us totally dependent on THEM. Which is what is really behind all of this chaos.

The fact is it can be seen as “improper’ that the litigant meets with the judges while the litigant’s case is in closed conference with those very same judges.
What part of that do you not get?
Actually, they met with the defendant, who was President-Select, and
would be Present-Elect if they ignored the case.
Your lack of accuracy perhaps accounts for your myopia.
