(Lafayette Hill, PA – 01/19/09) - Philip J. Berg, Esquire, the Attorney who filed suit against Barack H. Obama challenging Senator Obama’s lack of “qualifications” to serve as President of the United States and his case, Berg vs. Obama, in the U.S. Supreme Court is still pending as well as two [2] other cases, announced today that he wrote a 2nd letter to Oprah requesting her to speak with Obama to withdraw his name before our country is in a Constitutional Crisis as Obama’s lack of ‘constitutional qualifications’ for President. 1st letter was dated November 7, 2008 and the 2nd today, January 19, 2009. [A copy of the two [2] letters are at the end of this Release]
Berg said, “I wrote to Oprah on November 7, 2008 hoping that she would peacefully resolve the issue of Obama’s lack of ‘qualifications’ and thereafter, Obama should withdraw his name before our country enters into a Constitutional Crisis.”

Oprah would rather give Obama a ‘sinclair’ on national TV than say a breathe a negative word about the marxist quisling.
I’m very, very skeptical about Obama’s citizenship status; however, I doubt that Oprah would have that much influence with him.
I’ve thrown his book in the trash. My church had the ‘40 Days of Purpose’ and the ‘Purpose Driven Life’ ‘do’....inspired by his book. I won’t be compared, as a Christiann, be compared to Nazis. Sorry.

Rick Warren is a disgrace as is any Christians supporting a politician who supports letting a living baby die in a tray. Sickening.

I don’t think it’s influence. It’s a poignant reminder that Oprah stepped herself in the fray with endorsing, refusing to have Sarah on the show and then having the Bidens.
It’s just a reminder to her that she is in knee deep with this fraud.
I absolutely hope the fight continues, but reality is that Obama voters just don’t care. In fact, I’d bet the vast, vast majority of Obama voters don’t know what a natural-born citizen is, don’t know that it’s a requirement, etc. etc.
I won’t turn on the TV for anything other than already-recorded shows for the next week or so. I accidentally exposed myself to about 20 seconds of one of the morning network shows this morning and thought I was gonna puke before I could get the channel changed. I thought the MSM were bad DURING the election. They were virtually orgasmic this morning as they prepare to crown their king.
