Neither of us voted for Barack Obama, but we never doubted that a black man could be elected president of this country in 2008, and we celebrate his election along with millions of other Americans those who voted for him and those who did not. Now the time has come to bury many prejudices of the past and truly to move beyond racial politics in America.

Now the time has come to bury many prejudices of the past and truly to move beyond racial politics in America.I'm tired of being implicitly called a racist.

Barack Obama did not run as a black candidate. He ran as a Democratic candidate. He ran as a U.S. Senator from Illinois. He ran as a progressive. And, even though he is a black man, he did not run as other black presidential candidates before him as a black man. He ran as an American. And America, by larger margins than in recent elections, voted for him.Pure BS. Obama and his campaign pulled the race card when it was to his advantage and the MSM treated him with kid gloves because of his race. If Barack Obama had been white, he would not even be considered a viable candidate. He is the most inexperienced and least accomplished man every to become President.

You know, if you go to a nail salon and ask for all of their nail clippings and then make some Rice Krispies treats with those clippings mixed it - I wonder if people would notice?
Have you ever tried that?

Since there are still questions about where he was born, I'd say Obama will be an ILLEGITIMATE President.

You sir/madam, are absolutely right. Had Obama been a conservative, he'd be holding the record for the most electoral votes. Race had nothing, and has had nothing to do with whom we vote for many years.
We would have voted for the straw man they're erecting, had he been conservative.
Liberals want to brandish this “race” crutch, when we haven't been lame for years.
To: frogjerk
Oh, please spare me the race nonsense. The man is a Marxist, he is probably really a Muslim, he has done nothing except register real and dead voters for the Chicago demrat machine and he has not demonstrated he is a natural born American citizen.
What exactly has any of that to do with race?
