Press Release from Dr. Orly Taitz, ESQ01.07.09. Good news, Chief Justice John Roberts agreed to hear my case Lightfoot v Bowen, challenging eligibility for presidency of Barack Hussein Obama. He distributed the case to the full conference of the Supreme Court. The timing of this decision by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, John Roberts, is absolutely remarkable.
On January 7, one day before the January 8 vote by Congress and Senate, whether to approve or object to the electoral vote of Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, as president of the United States, Chief Justice Roberts is sending a message to them: "Hold on, not so fast, there is value in this case, read it. Hawaiian statue 338 allows Foreign Born children of Hawaiian Residents to obtain Hawaiian Birth Certificates, it allows one to get Hawaiian Certification of Life birth based on a statement of one relative only, without any corroborating evidence. You need to investigate, you need corroborating evidence.
If only one Congressman or one Senator presents a written objection, then there has to be a formal investigation by the joint session of Congress and Senate. During this investigation original birth certificate from Hawaii will be subpoenaed. All other pertinent documents will be subpoenaed: Obama's immigration records, any and all passports from Indonesia, Kenya and Great Britain; University enrollment records, showing if he was enrolled in US schools and universities and received financial aid as a foreign exchange student from Indonesia or Kenya. All of it can be subpoenaed and obtained within a day or two. Each and every member of US Congress and Senate owes it to 320 million American citizens to do his due diligence and demand all necessary records. When American servicemen are told to risk their lives defending Constitution of this country against all enemies, foreign and domestic, each and every Congressman and each and every Senator can spend a day or two of their time defending this Constitution, reviewing necessary documents, in order to see if Barack Hussein Obama is a Natural Born Citizen, if he is a citizen at all." This is the message that the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court is sending to them, and if they are not listening, there has to be a massive petition drive to recall them. Truth will come out, no matter how many millions Obama is spending to hide it.

It’s amazing how many people on Free Republic are so anxious to dismiss and forget any possible accusations that BHO is not qualified to be seated as President because of his birth certificate.
Why? Why so anxious? Why jump up and down and say: “move on! Move on! MOVE ON!” when NOT “moving on” can only further our cause?
If Obama is qualified - let him show the COLB and be done with it. If it hasn’t been tampered with, I’ll live with that.
If he’s NOT qualiified, why on Earth wouldn’t you want the facts to come out which show that?
It’s one of those “The media doesn’t care so why should you?” situations.

Thank you for the update, Red Steel. Thank God there are still Americans who believe in defending the Constitution and fighting for what is right. Our country, future generations, and our military personnel deserve no less than that.
Even if it is proven Obama was the son of Fidel Castro and born in Cuba, Obama will be confirmed in the US Senate and the Supreme Court is not gonna do anything about it.

When you combine that with the odds that the fake CoLB posted by the nom de plume “hayIBaPhorgerie” has the same time of birth as zer0bama.which is 1/34560 that 2 people would be born at 7:24pm. I agree with you. Imagine if John McCain had refused to produce his birth certificate!
I am at a loss to understand why this is considered tinfoil hat stuff. Barack Obama’s early years were very international, which makes these questions reasonable. Had he lived every day of his life in Chicago, these questions would clearly be outrageous harassment. Further, his sealing of so many records from his past schooling, etc., is very suspicious.
This issue is tailor-made for SCOTUS. First, the question of who is a natural-born citizen will crop up frequently from now on, given the high levels of immigration our country has seen in recent decades.
Second, one function of the court system is to act as a check on the politicians who fail to uphold the laws and the Constitution when it is politicially unpopular to do so.
SCOTUS: Stop playing cards in your chambers and get to work. A question of monumental importance is before you.

Worse still, plenty of them actually believe that the DNC or other investigated and proved O was eligible. What a joke, the scale of deceit and misinformation in USA, on so many issues, these days is so large, that it is _easy_ to assume that the truth will be forthcoming. Duh.
The whole political and therefore governmental system is teetering on the edge of sanity, much less legality. For those that are just political hacks (RNC or other) and don't care whether someone assumes the Presidency that can't legally do so: may God rest your souls for what you're doing to my country...

The affiliation was reversed in 2004 when an objection was filed against the Ohio vote. It took Congress maybe an hour and a half to vote it down.
