This is unfortunately saddening, but not shocking. Three years ago I was in the Netherlands, and other parts of Western Europe, and had occasion to meet a friend who is part of the Protest Warrior organisation.
He is Jewish and has a daughter who is half dutch Jew and half indonesian, and the next day after September 11, she entered classrooms to the chants of “Hamas, Hamas! All Jews must die by gas!”, and students - both male and female muzzies - hissing through their teeth to simulate the sound of escaping gas.
This she told me herself, so I consider it a reliable and unimpeachably true firsthand account.
WHen the school refused to do anything decisive to ensure her safety, her father held her out of school for such a length of time that the state charged him with a crime for it and brought him before the court, threatening him with more than a year of jail time!
I have a wealth of other images, stories and anecdotes gleaned from that two month journey...it was during the time of “unrest” among “disaffected and impoverished urban youth” who were torching thousands of cars a night in Belgium, France, and elsewhere.
Of course it just ‘coincidentally’ happened to be that those “youths” were muslim men, mainly between the ages of 14 and 25...
