There is something on that BC he doesn’t want known and there just aren’t many possibilities.
For those who haven’t been following the matter closely, this is arguably the strongest case of all, due to Washington State statute that clearly gives standing to the plaintiffs to sue over ineligibility. The statute arose from that disputed Gregoire election. The suit is further strengthened by the fact that Calero was expressly denied access to the ballot due to ineligibility, for the 2008 Presidential election. Thus, it is not possible for the Washington Secretary of State, Reed, to make any claim that eligibility was determined by party certification.
Why, though, is Calero referred to as “Frank,” instead of “Roger,” as he is known on all the other state ballots?

I seriously doubt that anything will come of this. Given the history of BO’s refusal to disclose I would expect that, IF the WA court issues the Subpoena, he will just ignore it or claim he doesn’t have to respond or invent “pre-executive privilege” or some other lunacy. I DO think it is interesting that he’s heading to Hawaii right now ... who/what is in Hawaii that he wants to see for Xmas? Why not stay in Chicago??? Unless he needs to be there to strong-arm local officials or keep them from answering a subpoena.

Note that Obama went to Hawaii just before his grandmother died. When she passed away after the campaign when Obama had more time, he failed to attend her funeral......... Hummmmmmmm?

I’ve read numerous postings on this thread where persons suspect a forged BC will be produced. Personally, I don’t think that likely unless the State of Hawaii participates in a conspiracy.
What I believe will happen is that Hawaii will refuse to release the information. I’m not sure one state court can force another state to release information from state held records. I think it would take a federal court to order this.....which they ALL seem unwilling to do. Vicious circle ain’t it?
IF the originals of his BC WERE to be released and it showed that his status of “natural born” was in question. Then in order to get any action out of congress or federal courts...a large scale uprising (NO, I don’t mean armed revolt which isn’t required) of the populace would be required. Enough unrest and discord that would cause the government to be locked up. It would also help if the majority of serving military would refuse to follow Mr. Obama’s orders because they are “defending the constitution”...although only commissioned officers could do that because their oath does not mention following orders of the POTUS like an enlisted oath does.

1. This is just a DRAFT of an order the plaintiffs prepared and would like a judge to sign. It has no meaning at all until and unless a judge signs it.
2. Even then, Hawaii state officials are under no obligation to obey a court order issued by another state’s court as there is no personal jurisdiction over them.
This is a big nothing so far...
